I placed an order online for Brown stew chicken. Waited the 35 minutes and arrived to the restaurant. When I hot to the counter I was told they didn't have my order. I showed the order receipt and was told they were out of Brown stew chicken. No apology, no notification. They just tossed my order as if it didn't exist. I had to place a new order and put at the back of the line. The service here gets worse with every visit.

I placed an order online at 1:05. Didn’t get my food until 2:30. The craziest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wasn’t even offered a water or anything for my inconvenience. I gave them another chance after the first time I went and the young lady took my payment then let me know that my order would be ready in 45 min. I asked her why wouldn’t she say that beforehand so that I could have not ordered and she gave me the same simple azz look she gave me today. Like totally unprofessional. I will not be patronizing this business again based off of customer service alone.

They made me pay for a container for my jerk chicken egg roll and still put it in a bag. It was soggy as hell. This is the 2nd time i have been made to pay for a container and my food was soggy and not prepared how i paid for it to be. This the last time i go here Fiyahside it is!

The food is ALWAYS GREAT today I stayed on hold for 15mins to walk in and the lady in front tells me she not the one answering the phone but yet u had the phone right next to you horrible attitude then hung up the phone after I showed her no one ever picked back up the phone but yea customer service is the first look and she needed to do better

Ok, I have read the bad reviews from the others. I can honestly say, I didn’t experience anything that would have me give this place a bad review. Uppa Yard can get really busy, so I suggest if you’re getting takeout. Call ahead and that will save you a lot of time. There is a bar area, if you would like a few cocktails. Or you can just be seated, after you place your order in the dining area. Portion sizes are very generous.. highly recommend trying this place out.Curry chicken- slight heat to this entree. Chicken very tender and the sauce is spot on. Definitely enjoyed this dishJerk Oxtail/jerk chicken combo- again portion size is huge. Everything was seasoned really good, just the right amount of heat
Waited 3 hours for food that was plain, beans was the best part. Wasn’t given nothing for the wait, not even a mb or sorry. Never again!

I think this community has given to much money to the owner ( Oliver). We have contributed to this business for years and the service gets worst and worst to the point where I will not return. Placed my online order and the email confirmation says that the order was ready with in 30 mins. I arrive 45 mins after, no food which is ok because it's packed. Fast forward 1 hour and 36 mins later, I ask the lady behind the counter can I just be refunded? She turns around a hand me a bag of food that was originally sitting there when I came in. Remind you there's about 15 staff members there. This is truly disappointing.
