I've been ordering from here for decades, and I can't say enough good things about the consistent quality of their food and the friendliness of their staff. Best pizza around, and tonight (Packer game) I know they are extra busy, but they still delivered quickly as always.

Ordered a couple pizzas, wings, and cheesey garlic sticks for a group of hangry teenagers. Everyone loved the food and pickup was quick and easy. The woman who helped me was an absolute delight! Upper Crust has now become my go to pizza place!

Ordered the Upper Crust special and it was terrible barely any toppings and it looked like they threw the toppings on the pizza some slices had toppings and some didn't the Crust was really hard the pizza was $24 and not worth it. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road to 52nd and Hampton to Hupps pizza same money but way more toppings and way better Crust.

All we can say is the pizza looked good,it was par baked, took it home and over baked it! So I can't say too much for now except it probably would of been excellent if we didn't screw up! Thanks guys for a nice looking pizza, next time we'll be more careful!

2 hour and 15 minute delivery time. Was told 50 minutes in the online ordering system. Called an hour and 15 minutes in. Was told driver would be there within 30 minutes. Driver was there an hour after that. Pizza was cold and floppy. I had to drive to the location to get a refund in-person as the phone was unreachable. They voided the order without issue and an apology so, they got that going for them. I guess MY bad was expecting a reasonable delivery window. We need better Pizza places in this area.

FANTASTIC. We ordered Upper Crust during a hail storm in the middle of their dinner rush. The order placement was quick and easy and the employee on the phone was very helpful and polite. We placed our order which was estimated for delivery in 50 minutes. 45 minutes later, a very friendly delivery driver pulled up during a particularly crazy part of the storm and dropped off easily the best pizza I’ve had in quite some time. The crust (thin crust) was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and well placed, and the sauce was INCREDIBLE. We are definitely recommending Upper Crust. It’s great that a well established area business is still here delivering such great food. Thank you for the fantastic dinner!! Edit:Since the date of my last review, I have had a plethora of great meals and outstanding service here. Every single order has been 100% correct and on time. Most importantly, the food quality is always outstanding.

This place always, always, always hits the spot. Whether we do carry-out or delivery, this place is hands down the best pizza place on the Northshore. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent pizza and other foods, like sandwiches and pasta, plus the standard pizza joint appetizers, like mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms.
Get the pizza with extra sauce, well baked, and cut into squares for something that comes close to tavern style pizza. The crust is a little thick to be true tavern style, but it's a good substitute.

We ordered a Deluxe and an Upper Crust Special and both were delicious!! Delivered nice and hot, delivery person was fantastic, and customer service all around was great. I highly recommend to anyone!
