Wendy's in Milwaukee

“Unfortunately, I went to Wendy's on an extremely hot day. I ordered my meal and I wanted to get some ice. I was informed by the manager that I could not use my cup for ice and the workers informed me that water was not free. Since I like the food at Wendy's I will return but I will not be returning any time soon.“

“Wendys breakfast baconator meal with seasoned hash brown fries and your choice of drink ( I got the orange juice) is a fantastic breakfast!!! The sandwich is huge with a great portion of fries. My kids and I loved it!! And FILLED US UP!!! meal is satisfying“

“Ordered a couple of salads and chocolate frosties from the drive-through. The order taker was very friendly and the order was promptly served. The Parmesan Caesar salad was fresh and a plentiful portion while the taco salad seemed different than it used to be in that it contained field greens or spring mix instead of shredded lettuce and the chili now has beans which I don't believe it used to. The frosties were outstanding as usual.“

“I needed a quick bite for lunch, and Wendy's for me always hits the spot. Service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and neat. Traveling always makes me hungry, and my budget is so tight, my wallet looks like it's on a diet..lol“

“I enjoy eating at Wendy's. The food is fresh and served at the correct temperature. The workers are professional and truthful. They always ask the customer what they would like and repeat your order to make certain your order is correct.“

“Stopped in last week during lunch & it was so good I had to come back today!!! Y'all please keep up all the hard work! The service was great both times, yes I had to wait because it's lunchtime and yes the food was hot and fresh so I'm completely ok with waiting for hot fresh food and great service is a bonus nowadays! So thank you Wendy's team!!!“

“Horrible customer service by the drive thru lady or child whatever she is.
Ordered online and the app said to pull up to the drive-thru and after waiting inline I was told by the lady over the mic to come inside even after letting know that the app said drive-thru. Please someone take her off that job and put someone who wants to help customers or leave her name so we don't order when she's there.“

“I had a very good experience with the night crew here. It was late and they were overworked and understaffed, but they didn't miss a beat. I came back the next day for a re-route on the loaded baked potatoes I missed out on the night before.
They came through clutch.“

“This Wendy's is on North Avenue there's a rude young man who works there during the late night shift he's lazy he's a thief he clearly didn't give you the order that showed up on the screen nor did he give you the receipt to prove that he didn't but he takes your money for it and then tries to charge you extra when you ask for your order he makes this whole establishment look bad“

“The people who work here are very nice. But we are concerned that Wendy's is still refusing to join the Fair Food Program, which is the only real way to guarantee that farm workers are paid a decent wage for their work. The food we eat should not be harvested by those who are suffering and who can't take care of their families. We are praying that Wendy's does the right thing and not only pays the workers at this location on 6th and North Avenue a fair wage, but also the farm workers who supply them their food. As a house for homeless families here in Milwaukee, we know that everyone deserves a living wage.“
