Waited for 25 minutes in line - only 3 cats in front of me. Then when I got up to the order board, someone cut in front of me (so presumably they would just order at the window making me wait even longer...). Just left and went to McDonald's down the street.

Was here picking up an order which ended up taking over 20 plus minutes. The woman working the register/taking orders was patient, but it was clear the whole staff had one speed. SLOW!
