I had a HORRIBLE experience last night. A female was very rude at the drive through window. First she didn’t know how to take orders and payments of customers if front of me at the same time she kept interrupting me while ordering then forgot to give me my drink without ice even though she took my order and the receipt indicated no ice and she also made the drinks! I asked her nicely if she could give me the drink without ice. She slams the drive through window and yells “girl ain’t nobody got time for this!” She made me very very uncomfortable and made me loose my appetite. Not to mention my sandwich was missing pickles and barely had any lettuce. She provided an awful customer interaction experience and my food wasn’t all that fresh either. I am very upset about this and will not be returning. I hope a manager corrects this. I came around 11:30 last night and the female was African American with a short manly cut hair.

I had an T-Mobile Tuesday's offer that was uploaded through their app. The cashier could not get it to apply. Instead of giving me the offer which she could clearly see was a legitimate reward/offer she just said "sorry I can't apply it". Instead of calling the Manager and resolving this issue, she just turned me away. She was nice, but obviously doesn't understand customer service and how to resolve issues. I walked away not purchasing anything because I was turned away not being able to claim my offer.

My one star is specifically for the chicken ranch wrap , they are sooo good but this location specifically each time I’ve ordered it three different times. The chicken was so dry EACH TIME I’m not sure what’s up with that.. But . -10 out of TEN .

I have to admit, this has to be the FRIENDLIEST, CLEANEST, CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENTIVE @Wendys I have ever visited!!! The team was laughing, joking, helping eachother out & even doing karaoke. I am super impressed with how well these ladies work in unity to get the job done! Even the customers were laughing, smiling & joining in on the singing too. By far, this management team knows how to keep up team morale & build strong relationships. #Kudos #Wendy's #teamBuilding #Awesome #Ladies #LOL #burger

I love wendys already but this location I found the workers to be friendly adhd hard workers. They do seem to possibly be understaffed , but the workers who were there were doing a great job.Vegetarian options: salads

Never did i pay for 2 large lemonades and one ended up being a small. And got charged for the large. I didnt take it back bc I had a ride, I wasnt the driver. And then they didn't answer the phone. So no, they will NOT get my business anymore. Even though the lemonade was fire!!!!! You cannot play with peoples money.
