The customer service here sucks even far as floor managers. I doordash food and waited about 30mins. I kindly called and asked them to remake the food because after 30mins of wait time the food is most definitely cold. The “manager” quickly rushes me off the phone and tells me to contact doordash. Smh all i order was a sandwich and wedges that they could have easily made over

Ordered my food through the app and paid for it. Went to go pick my food up and i was told They didn't serve what i ordered. They wouldn't refund my money and told me i had to call Wendy's through the app. I called and they were closed because it was a Sunday so I just had to deal with my money being gone for the day. When i finally did speak with someone they tried to offer me points instead of returning my money. That was April 27th and it is now May 22nd and I still haven't received anything from Wendy's. I would advise people not to use the app because if something goes wrong they are going to give you the biggest run around with nothing in return. I was told i would be contacted by someone and haven't been reached out to through phone call or email once. I even asked for an email so i could reach out to them and the guy I was on the phone with refused to give me information. He just continued to tell me i would be contacted so basically you cant talk to anyone who can do anything for you except try to rip you off by giving you points for money you spent on things that you didn't receive. I haven't been back to Wendy's since and wont be going back. I'd rather spend my money where I'm treated better.

Very Slow drive thru, ~17 minutes from starting order to departing.
Ordered two #1 combos with drinks. Got drinks quickly. But say and waited 7 minutes for the food to appear. Fries tasted like they had sat and were reheated (either that) or they have not changed/cleaned the fryer oil recently.

Idk what it is but these places are upcharging the size without mentioning it. I was there today and wondered why my total was almost $12. They gave me a large and I didn't request a large and why is that what it's automatically set as? It will be addressed next time.

Allowing customers to smoke or vape is against the health code. I don't care if it's a relative, have the guts to ask them not to.
Management needs to address this with staff. Lunch staff.

After seeing the Son of Baconator for $3.00 ad, I decided to give it a try. I am not a big Wendy's fan, but on the NW side of Milwaukee the pickings are slim and the service is not great anywhere. I ordered the sandwich and asked for the loaded bacon cheese fries, that was all I was going to get, but the girl taking my order asked if I would like to make that into a combo.
I knew that those fries were not part of a typical combo, so I said, whatever is cheaper. Surprised she came back and asked what I wanted to drink and I said Diet coke. She then said my total was over $12. I tried to get her back on the speaker but she didn't answer, so I pulled up. I looked at the cost individually for each of the things I ordered and it was $3.00 for the sandwich, $4.00 for the loaded fries, and the most expensive soda was $3.00. That should have been around $10.60, not over $12.00. When I got up the the window, I asked her why it was over $12.00? She didn't like me questioning her. I then gave her the cost of each of the items I ordered and said it should be around $10.60. She said you orderd the combo. I said shouldn't the combo be cheaper? I said to you on the speaker whatever is cheaper. She actually said to me "How am I suppose to know that? Ok, I guess I expect to much out of people, but I would never had said that to a customer and admitted how stupid I was. The manager came over and she said this lady is being very rude. I explained to the manager, what I had asked for and she corrected it immediately. I appreciated that she didn't try to justify her employees ignorance and just got me on my way, but I will not be going back there anytime soon. Moral to this story is Combos are not always a deal.
