I typically love to give good reviews but man this waiting in the drive thru is horrible. I mean I was alone, no other cars and only because I needed to grab something for a family member I tortured myself and waited almost 10 minutes to get service. Please please come up with a better plan for drive thru.

Ordered a couple of salads and chocolate frosties from the drive-through. The order taker was very friendly and the order was promptly served. The Parmesan Caesar salad was fresh and a plentiful portion while the taco salad seemed different than it used to be in that it contained field greens or spring mix instead of shredded lettuce and the chili now has beans which I don't believe it used to. The frosties were outstanding as usual.

This the second and last time I have Wendy’s. I got food poisoning AGAIN from this location. Food safety should be top priority but it’s not because there’s no way I should got food poisoning again. Please do better.

My brother bought 2 baconators for our lunch. These were the worst burgers ever. The burger patties and bacon were very dry and looked like they'd been under a heat source for hours. The fries were not fresh and were also dry. We will definitely not be going to the Milwaukee Chase Avenue Wendys again.
