I sent 2 Complaint messages on Wendy’s.com and still have Not Received Any Feedback. The dates were 2/15 and 2/19. Someone told me to try here before going any Further with the Complaint and Poor Customer Service.
I went to the Wendy’s store #0760 on 2/15/2022 around 10:42am. I Ordered 3 4 for $4’s. 1 Fry was missing, I was ASKED what kind of Sauce and I SAID BBQ Sauce for Each But Received Sweet and Sour Instead. If they were Out of BBQ Sauce that should of been said...read full review
When I brought a flyer here about how the tomato pickers for Wendy's are living in sub-poverty, the staff just looked at me with dead eyes. I would think people would care if their corporate headquarters is profiting off of near slavery. Plus the tomato pickers have helped the US State Department uncover 5 actual, modern day slavery rings on plantations. Some of the farmworkers received the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Human Rights Award for this work. I mentioned this but the...read full review
