I have 10 years customer service fast food experience and this is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too they have an attitude when you ask them to drop you fresh food entered the store at 6:00pm and the lobby already looked like it was ready to close with all chairs up on the tables which is not protocol for Wendy’s open and close procedure wasn’t welcomed on my entry was asked “you tryna order sum” very unprofessional placed my order and it wasn’t repeated to me I asked for all my food to be fresh they gave me old food and then when question on why the food wasn’t hot the cashier that rung me up proceeded to take old food and re-drop all while there was a manger on duty that allowed it everyone is not in proper uniform no regular hand washes and the list goes on DONOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING I WOULD RATE IT 0 starts but 1 was what I was allowed do BETTER

This Wendy's is on North Avenue there's a rude young man who works there during the late night shift he's lazy he's a thief he clearly didn't give you the order that showed up on the screen nor did he give you the receipt to prove that he didn't but he takes your money for it and then tries to charge you extra when you ask for your order he makes this whole establishment look bad

I used drive thru, and even though no one was in front of me, I had to wait 3min to order and another 4min. When I got my food, I should have checked, but I was just irritated. I reached in the bag to get some fries just to discover my fries were cold. I was too disappointed to go back.

If horrible service was a person it would be Wendy's I've been in line 40 minutes just to pick up a door dash then I get to speaker to try to order myself something as well just to be told they only taking door dash orders after I waited 40 minutes in drive thru then get to window and the cook came trying to touch my phone with gloves on and didn't change them when he went to make food please do better Wendy's

"Worst Wendy's in Milwaukee". I'm really surprised this place is still open. If you're brave and adventurous - by all means, go check it out. Lower expectations beforehand, though. The last time I went, I left without any food, and had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company, which I was happy to do, as the staff was so incredibly rude. I did try giving this place a chance, but no more. There's only one way to find out what I'm talking about: you have to go down there yourself. Take the plunge!

Drive thru employee has horrible customer service skills, really Nasty attitude and ugly energy for no reason . luckily he didn't catch me on one of my bad days . managers should be replaced also. very disrespectful and unwelcoming. i called and said " hi how are you today" hung up in my face. you don't want people like this around your food. trust me .. Very Ghetto

It is strange how upset the workers here were when we picketed outside this Wendy's awhile ago. It is not like they are getting paid on commission or that our protest will actually shut their employer down. Lol! They must be buying into the idea that their employer cares about them and would never abandon them. Little do they know, when tomato pickers in Florida brought up human rights concerns and asked for one penny more per pound of tomatoes they picked, Wendy's Corp. stopped buying tomatoes from that area of Florida and instead starting buying tomatoes from Mexico where human rights abuses are even worse on farms.
