Horrible experience, they gave our food to someone else and the person touched it, we asked for it to be changed and it was not changed. They have zero empathy when working with the customer, especially the cashier who is almost always at noon. I will never return.

If i could give it a zero i would Worst place ever, asked to use 2$ off $10 and gave receipt with code and they claim they can't n couldn't scan it when they didn't clearly didn't scan nothing, the red hair short girl light skined got real attitude problems, manager had same attitude and couldn't solve any problem, claiming they scanned the receipt when they didn't and claim I couldn't use it today and it expired, when I just went to Wendy's the day before and did the survey, save yourself a trip don't go here. They can't read and customer service sucks!

Just went through drive thru and order $33 worth of food. My husband got a son of baconater, I order a Cobb salad, and 2 $5 biggie bags for our kids to share.they gave us a big bag which felt like the order was good to not check. We got home to find my husband order not in the bag and we called the store to inform the burger wasn't in the bag. The manager told us we had it in the bag. I live 10min away we packed up the food went back and the rude disrespectful manager didn't want to help the situation. Until my husband went threw drive thru to stop the line and get there attention for a refund. Our food is cold and we are not lying over food. Smh 🙄 they are bunch of attitude girls working and just doing whatever floats boat smh

Just stopped in because I had a taste for a frosty, ran to the bathroom to wash my hands it was gross… Went to the counter to order, two people standing behind the counter, neither speak the one with the back brace walked past twice still nothing… Moral of the store clean them nasty a$$ bathrooms and hire better staff!!!
