My daughter ordered some food through the mobile app, went to pick it up and the staff said they gave my order to someone else!! And refused to remake my order that I paid for! How tf they give out my mobile order like come on now, whoever owns this location needs to shut it down I’ve always had messed up experiences with this location, I know it’s in the hood but damn y’all really have to be that way!!

Chili ordered. Did NOT ask for cheese that they decided to add on and charge me for. Order was remade, given to me then she shut the window. I had to literally ask to be reimbursed for the over charge. No apology extended just facial irritation because the order taker can’t hear or is not listening. Got home CHILI HAS ONLY BEANS NO MEAT! Called them twice, no answer. I AM SO DONE. POOR CUSTOMER CARE. DO BETTER!!!

I went through the drive through on my way to see my parents both of which are in the ICU one who's in Critical condition. I had ordered two chili's,two potatoes, a sandwich meal and chicken nuggets (which the cashier placed "no sauce" for and I made sure I asked for "sweet and sour sauce please". When I get to the window, I pay for my order and notice on the receipt there was only one Chili. So I asked if it could be added on. The cashier looked and me and said no. I look at her and explained that I am on my way to the hospital to see my parents in the icu and my father really wanted Wendy's Chili. She rolled her eyes, turned to the person next to her and demanded another Chili. Then she said "you're doing too much". I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and my mother could die. It was not my fault she did not hear me say 2 chili's. And to be honest that was the worst customer service and absolute disgusting way to treat another human beings. I completely understand going through a difficult time. However, to treat someone like that, she's going to get herself attacked if she crosses the wrong human. On top of all of it, I got to the hospital to feed my dad and there was no sauce. This was simply unacceptable and unnecessary behavior.

I never got my food mad as ever I spent $39.11 dollars there 3 meals 3 drinks never received it gave me a 5 dollar burger dummies && who ever passed it out at Wendy’s is dumb they should be fired now I gotta wait 4 my money for my food I never got then I called Wendy’s they never answered they should be shut down where’s the mangers at to answer the phone u not that busy at all I am done with door dash && Wendy’s weak self
I had received a complimentary combo for a poor experience at W. Silver Spring. The manager on duty in the evening on 10/23/2024 made certain my order was taken and completed correct. The front counter staff is why I couldn’t give a 5 star.
