The owner was very polite and welcoming. Very passionate about his food and was very attentive of how exactly I wanted my burger cooked, because he said he wanted me to love it and come back. He definitely did not disappoint. The burger was perfectly cooked, fresh/real ground beef and tasted amazing. Would recommend 10/10!! I will definitely be back to try more items.

3 weeks ago, I ordered a pick up. Got there when it said it was supposed to be ready. I waited 20 extra minutes there because the manager said it wasn’t ready and that the online system isn’t an “up to date real tome”. Finally I get handed a bag and a different employee comes out and says that’s for a different “Alyssa”. He takes it back and 20 seconds later hands me my cold, saggy wings that’s been sitting back there but didn’t look to see what Alyssa I was. The queso was on top of the wedges which is what you shouldn’t do with a to go order as that makes it very saggy. Wing stop never does this, take notes. I did the survey that the receipt says to take. Gave it all 1s with my explanation. At the end it says if I wanted to be reached out to, I said yes and put my information down. 3 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything. I was willing to at least go to the one in Oak Creek(neighboring city to Milwaukee), but now bw3s has lost a loyal customer all together. Want to make it better? Give me back my $16 in saggy wings and wedges and more for my inconvenience of your bad customer service.

Picked up from here twice. First time I ordered 90 min ahead and still waited thirty minutes past pick up time at door. Ordered ahead of time again tonight and been standing here thirty minutes AGAIN. Better to drive to the one on south 108th street in West Allis. Better customer service and wait times for sure
