I had their garlic parm because apparently it was their best wings flavor. There was 0 flavor and just didn't taste all that great. Like chicken from a grocery store. I also ordered cheese fries and they only gave me fries. Honestly, this place isn't all that great and there's better selection out there.

Terrible. Went here a few months ago and it was amazing. Went again tonight and All of the wings were barely seasoned at all, I could have just ordered plain wings and seasoned them myself! Won’t be going here again! Such a disappointment. $61 for no reason.

The tenders are some of the best I've had. They have the breading perfect!
9:13 PM 9/5/24 ...same experience as previous post. Delivery order promised at 8:29PM. Paid through their website. No answer at store, no delivery, tracking feature showing "delivery driver at pick-up" Hoping to get a full refund!
EDIT: Posting this 10/18/2024...A "manager" messaged my nephew (whose credit card was charged) a week later and promised not only a refund but to personally make the order for him. Over a month later my nephew (who resides in Switzerland) has not been refunded for a meal that was never delivered. He was completely ripped off, just like poster Ashley K. on that same evening.

Wings over used to have personality. It used to also have hot sauces which they recently ditched. They are rebranding and becoming a boring corporate chain. Chicken was ultra mid and kind of dry, I asked for the hottest sauce and ended up angry at how average it was. I was wildly disappointed.

Ordered food at 7:10 and it said it would be here at 7:58. At 8:15 I tried to contact the store. It rang and rang and rang for 15 minutes before anyone answered it. I told the woman I had an order that was supposed to be here at 8 and it is now 8:30. She told me that there was a malfunction and they had to close down. I asked why no one called me and she told me very rudely they weren’t allowed. I understand your night wasn’t going well, but you need to have better customer service and at least let your customers know their food isn’t coming so they don’t wait around all night. At this point I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back.

Ordered some tenders , the the tenders where not good. The sauce has almost no flavor the tenders aren't crispy , almost tasted like old chicken , stomach hurts within hour of eating this. Even the fries werent cooked thoroughly.
