Walked in to pay for my online I order I paid they kept packing bags and handing them out for about 8min and saw me sitting then grabbed my bag from the lowest rack the bag is open I grabbed the food and the FRIES WERE ICE COLD AND SANDWICH BARELY WARM due to it sitting there annoying they just put it away instead of handing it to me

STAFF WAS GREAT FOOD WAS GREAT YOU CAN TELL THE CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. I walked in with a greeting from almost everyone. I got a free brownie which was awesome. The front counter girls made my first time at this location great. Soda machine a lot of fun to try! Everything in the back was accurate Will be coming back.
i come in super often and i always have a great experience the food is amazing and fresh liah and marissa are my favorite employees and always make sure i am well taken care of amd my order is always correct thank you wingsstop for making my day.

I work near this particular wing stop on North port Washington Road so I frequently get lunch at least once a week.. I placed an order for 10 boneless wings they were hard as a rock… I threw them out but called the store to complain.. and couldn’t return to store because I was on a lunch break.. I was told to bring them back in in order to get fresh ones ..couldn’t do that cuz they were tossed.. they just lost a valuable customer because this service was unacceptable
