Workers looked pissed that I came in to order in person instead or ordering online. If you’re going to have an in person location it’s ridiculous that I was met with such annoyed looks for simply wanting to order. Never coming back here and don’t waste your time going here in person, they apparently don’t like that.

First time at a ws in quite a few years yesterday. The food was really good for the cost. The young gal I watched go out of her way twice to help people and I was only there like 20 minutes. Great service from what I saw!

Workers very rude and distasteful I am just a single mother doing uber trying to pay my bills and feed my kid they told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes then when I came in the restaurant sad and waited and extra 30 mins I was constantly told 5 mins multiple times just for the cook with the dread locks to tell me that he gave my order away and he didn’t know what he did with it also other guy was making rude remarks how I was staring at him when I was just trying to get the food I was promised very rude very unprofessional and a very long wait I wouldn’t recommend

Good food but they lowkey abuse their workers having them work 9 hours or more without a break or having a worker on more than 2 stations at a time, I really expected better from such a well known establishment.

We purchased two combos... The store wasn't overly busy, we got our food to the car, checked bag, no fries! Went immediately back into the store. A female staff member who appeared to be a supervisor or manager(who didn't take our order) argued that we didn't order combos. The crew member who took the order confirmed we did. The supervisor person continued to challenge us regarding our order, sauces, etc. Needless to say, the food was overcooked and tasteless! This was the worst experience I've had at this store. Usually, I have no problem, and the food is overall pretty good. Customer Service is KEY to a successful business!!

Service can be a little slow late night but at least the people working are super friendly and aren’t rude or lazy like most late night places have. Probably stop here 1-2 times per week.
Absolutely crap food tried it for 1st time due to T-Mobile .01ct for a 3 piece meal......was not worth 1 penny..... worst chicken I've ever tried...had to throw away....STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY FOOD!

One of my favorite wing stops I did a uber eats just now food delicious. Nice and crunchy tenders i got hot honey dry and sweet the Louisiana fries where off the chain with a brownie to go driver came fast food was great keep up the great job you guys

Walked in to pay for my online I order I paid they kept packing bags and handing them out for about 8min and saw me sitting then grabbed my bag from the lowest rack the bag is open I grabbed the food and the FRIES WERE ICE COLD AND SANDWICH BARELY WARM due to it sitting there annoying they just put it away instead of handing it to me
