Ordered a delivery. Had ordered ranch on the side and an extra ranch, my meal came with a sprite… didn’t receive any of those. My fries were cold and soggy and I was sent the wrong wing combo. Every other time I’ve been in this store, they’re rude, it’s dirty, one time they even told us they can’t give us the sodas that came with our meals, these workers are pathetic and lazy. why have a job if you dont care. by the looks of these previous reviews, this place needs to be either shut down or they need to recruit an entire new set of staff.

I waited for my order for 45 minutes and when I got my order, it still was wrong. The guy at the register was rude. Me very aggressive needs to be retraining customer service the young lady they had the tattoo on her eye was very very nice she gets 10 stars. Very helpful to all the customers as I waited for my order.

I was greeted immediately upon walking in. The lady running the front end was great, very personable. However my food was absolutely awful. The wings were overcooked, super greasy, and there was little to no sauce on the wings. They were also pretty cold. I ordered a six piece bone in, with fries and a drink. The fries were soft and cold, and flavorless. The was no ketchup for the fries. There were no napkins for take out, only a roll of paper towel attached to the front counter. I found that very peculiar. The soda counter was filthy and covered with trash. I didn't notice a trash can nearby for garbage. I would definitely not return, but I do appreciate the lady running the counter. Her customer service was great.
