The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Too spend that type of money with you guys we should get napkins why do we have pay for ranch we order vegetable sticks that’s sound crazy and our fries should be covered up not just an opening and they still cold you always gotta ask for fresh fries

I bought a 40 wing for a get together- and they still stuck to the one sauce per ten wings crap. A clerk jumped in while I was addressing the situation with the manager and she was rude and call herself “checking me”…. I told her that I had different experiences at different locations that weren’t in keeping with what she chose to spew at me- she retorted that she was going to call corporate and report the other stores for accommodating customers that way……. Smh. Not the customer experience and professional demeanor you’d expect. I resolved myself to writing this review- they are cold and crass and don’t appreciate the business.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

the food was good the fries was soggy wet and kinda cold and i came on time for me to pick up my order it’s 2 people infront placing someone should’ve asked if there was any customers that was picking up bc that’s the reason why the food be cold gotta wait 10-15 mins while my food is back there on the shelf

One of the worst Wingstops EVER!!! There were fly eggs in my food DISGUSTING AND TRAUMATIZING!!!!. Contacted the store and spoke with a “fake manager” who showed barely ANY concern! Put me on hold to “look for my order” came back on the phone and couldn’t find it. Very nonchalant…I will never ever eat at this place again in my life!!!
