Anyone that gives this place less than five star needs to have their taste buds checked. Every dish we had was incredible. Pancetta wrapped grilled shrimp, eggplant parm appetizer, breaded grouper with a Michigan cherry beurre blanc sauce and gorgonzola mashed potatoes, and an amazing panna cotta for dessert. Jackie was our server and knew more about Italian wines than several somms I've talked to. Absolutely amazing service from her. I would make this a stop every time I'm in downtown Milwaukee

Food was not up to usual standard, neither was service. Yes, it was day before Valentine’s Day, but shouldn’t be used as an excuse. The one dish I often get was not outstanding like it usually is, server told us maybe they were just too busy due to the holiday. Disappointing for the $$$ we spent. Many great restaurants in Milwaukee -will think hard before we come back

Great Italian restaurant. Sat at the bar and had the specials ravioli (duck) and my son had the bolognese with the steak skewer appetizer. Everything was absolutely delicious. This was our first time visiting Milwaukee and Zarletti and we will definitely be back to taste their seasonal menu offerings.

We received wonderful service from Wes, along with generous portions and delicious food. I ordered my favorite entree, Pesce al Pistacchio-absolutely delicious. My husband loved the chicken with Gorgonzola mashed potatoes. Zarletti's has been a favorite of ours for years and never disappoints.

Wonderful dining experience with a long time friend with a creative cocktail, a most enjoyable bottle of wine, the Ravioli appetizer was a big surprise, the Pork chop was beyond comparison. Always a most enjoyable dining event.

Our second time at Zarletti's, was as good as the first visit. The food was beyond delicious, and our server was friendly, knowledgable, and made the evening complete.

This is a tough review to write because usually I’ll say the food was so so but the service was amazing so it balances out. In this case, the service was so so and the food was the shining moment
We sat at the bar - so 1/2 of star up since it’s busy and I don’t expect amazing service since they are running around taking care of others. But the main bartender (guy) sat and talked to this one couple all night. Giving them prime attention and free shots.
The pasta alla bolognese was very, very good. Deep flavor and fresh pasta. Caprese to start was fresh
The 2 wines were both good options. Brunello and Barolo.

All 4 dinners were excellent. We got what i think was scam before the dinner telling us there would not be a valet on duty. Yet there was. Weird excuse about staff and the neighborhood. People looking to scam a great restaurant.
