I’d never been to a Zoup! before but the service at this one has made me a fan. I didn’t catch the woman working’s name but she had blue hair. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. When we tried the samples she gave us her honest opinion on each soup in a way that felt genuine and not the slightest bit overbearing. With the soup also being delicious, it made for a great lunch experience.

I ordered lobster Mac & cheese and they didn't tell me till I got there that they didn't have the lobster so I asked for bacon instead and they put half cooked bacon on it that was cold. They also charged me for the lobster Mac instead of bacon. And honestly, it tasted average, your better off making that at home. I'm sure their soup tastes better

I was pregnant and was really craving some chicken noodle soup, thought to give them a try since its their specialty. I really didn't care for the taste of the soup. The turkey sub although was nice and the bread was fresh.

I always loved this place til today when I got my delivery for my lunch break and it was completely ruined. Do not offer delivery if you’re going to do an incompetent job! It clearly states where I ordered French bread and my order that I paid to come arrived with no bread. I don’t want soup without bread or crackers or something!! Also no spoons! I call and they tell me since it’s free they’ll only give me a 10 percent refund or something- on an order that I now can’t even eat! I I should eat it with my hands or something since the spoons are free that apparently means that I don’t need one and if they don’t provide what was part of the order oh well for me. You guys just lost one of your best customers!

I live near Riverwest but I was downtown for a morning gig and I was soooo hungry after so I just popped on yelp to look for something. I LOVE soup and so when I saw Zoup I was like huh okay. So I just drove here and I got Broccoli Cheddar Soup with French bread and a Chicken Toscana sandwich. The sandwich is AMAZING everyone needs to try it!!!! The soup is a 9/10. It's amazing on the bread but it's a liiiiittle on the thinner side, idk if that matters to anyone else lol. The bread is so soft and fresh! They don't have much soda selection but they do have Pepsi products and a good tea selection. The vibes are kinda like Noodles! Like it's dark on the inside and quiet, not my favorite but to each their own!! Also, the service is great, the girl who took my order was SO sweet and was so easy to talk to! I get soooo nervous ordering when I'm somewhere alone lol. One last thing, you can sample any soup! It's so cool. Love this place!

The Milwaukee Zoup location is outstanding. The food, across the board, is great. The soup is the main feature and it never fails to be outstanding. The Pepper Steak is my personal favorite but all the flavors I’ve tried have been excellent. The Milwaukee location as managed by Natalie is first rate. She does a very professional job. I make a point of stopping for food every week when I’m in town. I’d give it more stars if I could. This place is excellent.
