The food was good as expected and the service was great. However, the root beer I ordered didn't taste like root beer. It sort of had a vanilla flavor, which is a shame because I purposely stopped here for the root beer. I hope they look into that problem.

The unique and cozy atmosphere of this particular A&W made it the perfect place to stop and rest on our road trip a couple days ago. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. They didn’t have an option on the menu for a caramel shake, but someone in the kitchen was able to make one with ingredients on hand and it turned out amazing!

We stopped after a football game, online said they were open until 10:00 pm, we stopped at 9:15 pm and so did other people. They had the lights on but the doors locked and weren't answering the drive up. There were at least 3 employees in there just talking. They lost a lot of business because there wasn't any suitable place for families to stop in-between the location of the game and home.

Love the two-for-one coney Tuesdays. Always a wait but would prefer to wait for fresh than to get a soggy dog that has been sitting around.
Up to $26 for 2 meals and the corn dogs were inedible, terrible. Very very slow. Tiny root beer for the price too like a small. Our a and w back home is much better priced and food.

We have several a and w's back home and they have root beer ice cream. When I asked the cashier if they had it she rolled her eyes at me.

Great food, service left a bit to be desired. I mean it's A&W and the kids told me it's against their policies to bring food outside... ummm your chain is built on dining outside or in your car...
