Rude, unprofessional. The buns on the burgers were falling apart, there was mold on the the hot dog buns.. I used to like this place but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else.

Service was okay, cashier seemed passive aggressive. We dined in, and the dining room was absolutely filthy. Not a single table was clean, and there were flies everywhere. I swear I had swat at flies more often than I was actually eating. The food was okay, not the best I’ve had and the fries had a weird after taste. On a positive note, our chilled mugs of rootbeer were delicious.

We loved Keltan Rene Gomez he is very sweet unlike the really tan guy who took my order the first time who looked and sounded like he hated his life. Keltan on the other hand was amazing and even said love you goodnight which made me and my friends night as we are on our second break and are having a horrible night. shout out Keltan give this man a raise.
(ps we don’t know this man at all he just gave us his full government name because we told him we were going to give him a good review for being an awesome dude)

We really love A&W. But won't be returning to this one. The hamburgers we ordered had mold on the buns. Didn't discover it until we were 5 miles north of there on hwy 53. I tried to contact them 8 times to tell them about the mold, but no one would answer the phone. I tried the web site to leave a message. I just wanted to give them the heads up about their hamburger buns so they wouldn't be served to anyone else. Poor customer service. Employees sat outside by the drive up smoking and taking their break, but no one would answer the phone. On a positive note, the fries were the best I've ever tasted.

Understaffed. Extremely long wait times for drive through - nearly a half hour to get a root beer float. No way to leave once you get in line you are trapped even before you place your order.
Food and service were very good. Prices in my opinion too high. A single cheeseburger was $5.49. My bill for two people was $31.07. 2 CB, 1DCB, 1 Large & 1 regular Shake. Doubt I would stop there again.

Worst experience ever our order was wrong not what we told them we get to the windows and there's an employee just standing by the windows not doing anything but starring at us and then laughing at something the hole 20 minutes we were in the drive through will never go back I felt we weren't important enough for them!!!
