Great family owned restaurant. They have a cozy knotty pine dinning room. The menu had plenty of choices. I chose the skillet and it was delicious. The portions are very hardy. We got our meal quickly and with a smile. Small town dinning at its best.
We stopped in here after reading reviews on the net for breakfast. A couple of us came in before noon hour it was not crowded. The food was hot, fresh, delicious. The food wasn't done in 5 mins but you could tell she made it call to order. Flap Jacks has been our favorite breakfast/noon diner for years. But with Holly at the helm, it's even better. All the meals are exceptionally good. For example, her 3-egg Mexican omelet is sure to satisfy your palette. Plus it comes with choices of toast and potatoes. It's well worth the wait for her mouthwatering entrees.
