We started with a cocktail at the wonderful bar and enjoyed every moment there. We then had a great table at the fireplace and enjoyed a great dinner. The service was outstanding. The drinks and food were outstanding. The people with whom we had contact with were outstanding. It was a pretty good evening!

Great service! Food was good, French onion soup was very cheesy and the wrap I had was good too. No Diet Coke tho! Please change that. Had an iced tea. Was there for lunch and it was super busy! Very loud. Can't really do anything about that.

As always, B & H never disappoints. Highly recommend it and a great place to celebrate birthdays. They surprised us with a champagne toast and birthday dessert. Totally enjoyed it!

Waitress was UNinterested in our dining pleasure, she didn't know how to say, thank you or have a good evening. She hustled past our table and said, how does it taste and off she went. The food was slightly warm and the mashed potatoes should be hot and creamy. The medium prime rib was rare in center and it was a huge waste of money and unfortunately it was our anniversary and we looked so forward to a great dining experience. Not you going back.

We made a reservation and drove across town to Buck and Honey's (Monona) for dinner. We were checked in and walked through the dining area, which was only half full, and taken to the steps leading downstairs. I could hear an unhappy child from the stairs. We informed the person who wanted to seat us that we did not want to eat downstairs. We went back to the check in desk and the two people in front of us said they did not have a reservation and they were offered a high top in the bar area. We told the person checking in diners that we did not want to eat downstairs so she just asked us our names only to take us off the list. So, we left. Make sure if you eat here to ask where you are going to be seated.

Our server Adia, was phenomenal. Checked on us often but not too often, gave my friend and I the perfect level of service to where we could conversate while also being able to put in food & drinks on our own timeline. The shareables were perfect for the two of us, and the fudge brownie dessert was outstanding. My espresso martini had a very cute Halloween design on the foam. The attention to detail here was immaculate and everything ran like a well oiled machine. Will definitely return when In the area again!

Isaiah made the whole Buck & Honey's experience that much grander. We absolutely loved the food, the Pumkin Ale, but we were so well taken care of by Isaiah - he was attentive, humorous and very timely - the man deserves a raise and/or promotion!

We were out of town and wanted to eat dinner by the lake. I would have been happy sitting anywhere in the restaurant as it was beautiful with all the fireplaces, but we sat on the patio right by the water. The food was delivered fast and freshly cooked. It was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I saw firsthand a company letter to an employee admitting they “misallocated tips.” That’s outright shady. In my opinion, the owners have zero morals or ethics—don’t waste a single dime at this disgusting business.
