I haven’t been to a bdubs in a long while but it used to be a total favorite. I can’t imagine what caused my boneless wings to become so hideous and unrecognizable. The wings had literally less than half of the meat on them than before. So they were all breading and even that was as hard to chew as shoe leather. We ordered 15 wings and when I saw the container I thought we’d been shorted because no way did 15 wings fit in that tiny box. Shrinkflation? Regardless, I won’t be ordering from them ever again. Had I been in the store I would have politely insisted we receive a refund.

On a Wednesday aftee work. Traditional wings were room temperature. Think they over sauce them to hide how long they've been sitting around. You can't raise the price AND lower quality. Used to be a good spot. Today I was reminded why I hardly ever go. Blah blah sorry you had a bad experience they'll type below. Shape up or close. No excuses.

If u like all men serving, seating you , taking your orders while you hang out with your guys having a few drinks. Then this is your place. NOT 1 female employee was anywhere to be seen. Not one. All men. Kinda weird for a bdubs. Nothing wrong with it, just not my preference. I definitely will never go back to this location.

Placed a pick up order with a few guys from work. Order was not done when it was stated it would be. The chicken tenders were not the new hand battered ones. They also forgot our side veggies and all sauces. I have already reported it on the website.

My server was Bella and she was amazing! She was fast and super kind to my son and I. Our food came out fresh and hot in no time. Really great service!
The beer cheesesteak is super good. Fries are lukewarm. Wait time was 45 mins, which is typically fine. But was on lunch break and expected my food to be done a little faster.

07-11-2025, on a rainy stormy night, this was a grand escape. The people were friendly and the service was quick. Our server Tre was the best part of the visit. He was very fast and efficient. Repeated my allergies as he noted them. When I asked for additional Celery rather than carrots I was not disappointed in the amount of sticks that came with my meal. We come to this location often however today was definitely the best so far. Thank you again Tre for the outstanding service.

Timing is terrible. Ordered online and when I arrived at the time that I was told it would be ready and still wasn't done. Sat around for an extra 10-20 minutes still waiting on my online order. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes for my food I would've grabbed a table. Don't tell people 20-30 minutes it will be ready and then have them wait another 10-20 minutes.
