I was skeptical to come based on recent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I ate at the bar and got GREAT service from Tyler. He was attentive, positive and efficient. He made me feel like he was happy that I was there a d he provided some of the best customer service I have seen in the last year. Please make sure he gets this praise...he deserves it.

If I could give a zero stars I would. I ordered 20 traditional wings over the phone because their app was not working. I called in the order and talked to the person and had them repeat the order

We picked up the order and got it home and it was the wrong type of wings. We are not able to eat the boneless wings so I called them and told them that
And asked for more wings to be made, and that we would come pick them up in an hour because that’s when my son would be able to pick it up after work

The guy who answered the phone admitted that he took my order and he messed up.

But when I asked him to pick it up In an hour, he said we could come, but it would probably be a half an hour after that before they could make it for us

So that would mean an hour and a half was not enough time for them to make an order of replacement wings that he messed up. I obviously told him that was unacceptable and asked him why they could not do it since I was giving an hour lead time He was very rude to me on the phone and curt and disrespectful Telling me that he was busy and he didn’t have time for me

I was pretty annoyed, so I asked to speak to the manager. He put me on hold and no one came on the line I tried calling back and no one picked up
They kept hanging up on my call

So I never got a refund, or the wings.

I will never come to this establishment again, and I cannot believe how horrible they are. It’s just really rude treatment. I was more than understanding and even being kind and giving them an hour to remake the wings

So, I would recommend avoiding this location at all cost because if you have a problem here you will not get any replacement or refund.

Also, I use the bathroom when I went to pick up the food and it was disgusting Never eat at a place that has a disgusting bathroom

I love their wings & beer selection 😋 It was busy for the amount of staffing at the time I went so things took a bit longer but it was worth it!

Open & loud sports atmosphere with plenty of tvs to catch you favorite sport!

The food was mid. We ordered the new appetizer the Buffalo Dip, those chips were absolutely horrible. They were so salty. Than our drinks took forever to get served. We got our drinks at separate times, the worst thing of it all. A 6 top came in after us and they received there drinks way before us. Than one of the margaritas we ordered was absolutely horrible. We asked to get made a different drink and when we got our bill they said they couldn't refund the money because they made the drink. We took one sip. It's been a long time since I've been to Buffalo Wild wing, I can tell you right now I won't be back again for a long time.

Service was pitiful, server took forever did not even bring water to the table My wife ordered queso with chili in it it came to the table like liquid I had what I normally have at a different location which was the chicken queso dip it was pitiful the amount was less it came to the table with a sticker on it said very hot That's because it was overcooked The cheese was burnt it seems that all they were interested in was did you want a liquor drink or beer it was horrible horrible service we left early and will never return to the location in monona Wisconsin I recommend you stay away from this location the service is pitiful do try the location on Verona Road in Fitchburg outstanding service the food is made exactly how you want it not overcooked and burnt like it was at the monola location My wife sent back the first order and we felt because we sent the food back because it was very liquefied queso dip they replaced the order she asked for boneless chicken wings they were super overcooked and crunchy could not even eat them The chips that came with the order were unsalted they were plain I asked the manager and she said we have salt on the table unlike the Verona location like I mentioned everything was perfect The corn chips came out warm and already salted and everything was correct with a friendly smile and we left a very nice tip at that location on Verona Road I hate to say it but the monona location we got up and left with no tip and that is unlike my wife and I we were just that disappointed please stay away from that location in monona Wisconsin

Worst service, ever. She was nice but clearly not trained properly.
There were 7’of us…ALL of our food came out cold. Like, cold cold.
There were only 3 tables in there.
There were 6 dirty tables and not one was even touched the entire time we were there.
What a joke.

Our server was great! She was very friendly, engaged when she took our order and checked on us numerous times which hasn't been the case the last several visits. Great job!

I went to the Monona Wisconsin location at 11:45 p.m.. the staff took my order, no problem.
I have never ordered wings to go before. I assumed the sauces would come in cups for dipping. (Easier for transport). I don't like dipping My wings, but I understand if they came in cups to make it easier.
10 minutes later I received my food and went home to eat it.
To my surprise not only were the wings bathed in the sauces, they were separated by the three different sauces that I ordered!
The hot items were with the hot items, the cold items were with the cold items.
This staff member was probably just trying to make his last customer of the day happy and assuming it was a simple transaction. (I did NOT feel rushed by the way)
His willingness to accept my order right before closing, and an awesome experience with the to go order made a big impression.
As I said before, I've never ordered wings to Go. I also have not been to a Buffalo wild wings and at least 10 years.
This experience will definitely cause me to come back for dine-in experience with friends.

Service was really bad.The waitresses don't have a lick of customer service. Sit there waiting to be seated for a hour and a half. Just walked out
