Very disappointed on this store today, came in and they sat me down very fast since they only had one table, as fast as they satme down they forgot I was there,for over 30 min, I stayed to test and see how far they would go.. So after over 30 minutes of waiting I had to wave to some one to come over and asked for my check,,I didn't want to go with out paying for my soda. will I come back to this store?.. No.

We went late on a Monday night. There was only one other patron which was surprising since they have AYCE wings Monday. The food was good.

Worst service ever. Place is never even half full and nobody came up to us for half an hour. Just walked out again after not giving them another chance gor over a year. Don't go.

That was the worst wings I have ever had , I was charged full price for 10 wings that were so over cooked and dry I had them throw 5 of them away. I’m horrified that food quality is this low at a national chain! Please close your doors and make room for a better restaurant. No one should pay $16.87 for food that isn’t edible . Server didn’t even ask how my food was , he already knew it was trash.
One of the better Bdubs I have been to. Service is smooth, food is as expected, good deals, all the channels.

I placed and ordered for pickup and they told me it was gonna be about 15 minutes to be ready. When I got there my order wasn't ready and the short hair girl told me it was gonna be ready in 5 minutes, that they were waiting on my fries to be done. I waited another 15 minutes and the same girl came out and told me that the order would be our shortly. I didn't mind the wait and at that point I was expecting my food to be fresh and hot since I waited there for 35 minutes.
You guessed it, my food was cold and old like if it had been seating there for looooong time. I think the lady lied to me about the fries because there where also old and cold.

Overall bad experience. Food was rubbery and not good. Left with a stomachache. Waitress only came to our table twice and was no where to be found when needed and it was not busy at all, all together between all the waitresses there was only 5 tables occupied. And lastly we had two DIFFERENT bills at our table. Waitress took our separate reciepts with our separate cards. And our card was charged for not only our bill but also the separate bill at our table. Honestly ridiculous. Also got to the love the hidden fees. $3 for cup of ranch? And $10 for 2 sodas with charged refills? Waste of money and time.

We came on a Saturday night. We were kind of surprised the place was mostly empty on a Saturday night. There's a big hiring sign in the window, so they're pretty understaffed.
My brother and I were largely ignored until it was time for the bill to come. I was given flat soda, and it was like pulling teeth to get anything we needed. I don't think we'll be visiting anytime soon. You're better off getting food to go, which is a little overpriced considering its mediocracy. We left pretty disappointed.
