I’ve ordered a salad 4 or 5 times and every time they forget to dressing. I’m still so confused. I order a salad should I have to ask for dressing. If I order a burrito do I have to ask for a tortilla?

Pretty sure they mess with your food if you don't tip for pickup. Had a nothing gut gristle steak burrito more than once. Not worth risking returning to this place if this is what they do. Who knows if they will escalate further.
The service is terrible as well. Getting mean mugged while picking up your food or being absolutely ignored as they only handed you half of your food. I'd rather go to Habaneros or even taco bell.

The last time we were here we had great service. This time, it was awful, and the staff was so darn rude. The tables were dirty this time. The trays were piled up. So sad to see such a vast difference from on time together just because of different employees.

Ordered for a group of 5, 2 entrees had completely burnt meat and 1 was inedible. 1 entree was spicy without asking for any spicy ingredients. Portions were extremely small even in comparison to less than a year ago. Picking a different location next time.

I paid for a catering party for 25 people. We got half of our order and had to make multiple trips to get this! While waiting for 30 days for them to do a review of this horrible experience, they gracefully gave 200 points for the inconvenience! Order anywhere but Chipotle on Monona!!

Why are you all so stingy with the cheese? I order double cheese, extra cheese, and I get the dusting of the bottom of the bag. This keeps happening with order ahead.

I've been to this location a few times and it's always been, at minimum, okay. We had an above-average visit there last night. Staff was patient as my children figured out their orders and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, asking if we wanted water cups and offering to double wrap an overflowing burrito (a testament to good portion sizes and responsive team members). Food was delicious and, again, portions were huge. For $36 we fed a family of 4--two adults, two kids which is incredible these days (similar to what it costs at Taco Bell!).
