Lady who tests the temperature of the meat was rude for no reason. The casher even noticed and looked at her with disgust. I like coming here but I think I'll start going elsewhere. The local places treat people better.

First time here and the LAST. Normally eat at Qdoba, however seen there add on TV thought we would try it. Didn't have cell phone to check reviews. That was a big mistake. This place over priced for what is served. And alot less of topping to choose from. And not near as good as Qdoba. Servers not very pleasant either.

Weird experience... IT'S SUPER DIRTY ? The area where they put your food together was FILTHY. WHO MANAGES THIS PLACE ? OMG. Worst Chipotle Ever. And the guy rapping the burrito didn't ask if we wanted any cheese on it, sauces or anything else. So we had to interject and let him know we wanted to add to it, just the normal items that you would expect on a burrito. And as he was wrapping it he ripped a huge hole in it and it was dripping out into the foil and he wanted to proceed to wrap it. I had to stop him and ask him to re-wrap it. And he acted like it was rocket science to do so. So his co-worker had to take it from him and say " hey man I got it". I've probably been to over 50 in my life and this one deserves the stars that I've given it Uno

Ordered a quesadilla online with a choice of 3 sides, I chose the corn sour cream and the vinegrette. Which I have ordered several times and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in chipotle, I got not even a half of a sauce cup of vinegrette when in the past I’ve ordered it and it comes in the container with the quesadilla and my other sides. I’ve never seen a smaller portion of the vinegrette, and now I don’t have enough even for my food it’s not even close to the same amount as the sour cream or corn. I usually wouldn’t complain like this but when you choose 3 sides and the 2 are normal and one is seriously tiny I’m extremely disappointed in chipotle especially because I love the vinaigrette but now I won’t be going back or ordering online again. Don’t go here it’s not worth the money for the portions being so small.

I don't know when I walk in what kind of mood from the front line I will get. Moved herethe 2nd week of June from OK and the Monona Chipotle is closest. We were telling the workers we happy Chipotle was here and close to us. They were very uninterested. It wasn't busy at all. Checking out the girl volunteers she don't even know where Oklahoma is??? I was floored. Food was OK made right. The second visit we asked if they knew where Oklahoma was. Just going to say our youth needs to take a geography class. One guy got all snippy and asked if I knew where Guam was. Duh. I asked for 2 tortillas on the side. The kid lifted the tortillas warmer up and looked weird at it I tried to see if I could see what the deal was but too far away. Got it home and I had extra protein I didn't want. A smashed fly. Shame on him for serving that. He knew. Wasn't going to write about went in the next time and the Mgr she was nice. Wouldn't be writing about it but tonight the girl helping was a beast! She tried to charge me for the guacamole on the side 3x. Youbget guacamole with a veggie bowl. I put mine on the side so I can reheat it. I nicely told her that it comes with the veggie bowl. She picked up the container slammed it down and said it was extra the guy said it wasn't and her dude went from 50 to 100. Complete with eye rolls. I was joking and said I live there practically and should get a job there. I asked the guy wasn't I nice he's like yeah. Asked for the reciept she turned around and walked away. What?????there was an issue with the quest dillards to she snapped at my 10 year old granddaughter. Turned to leave because I wanted to snap.Got home was eating and I found something in my food. Not sure what it is.i go to Chipolte 2x to 3x a week but I think I'm done. Between the attitude and foreign objects in my food.5 visits since the 2nd week of June and only visit no issues. Really sad I can eat with our families diet. Protein and we can eat for diabetes and kidney disease. I will be spending my money elsewhere and hopefully no more foreign objects or smashed flies

The restaurant was more like a coffee shop the food was amazing as well as the service
We ordered drive thru and both burritos cold and paid for ingredients that were not included. The chips were ok but guacamole was brown. Never again

every single time I asked for half chicken half steak they seem to think I mean double chicken double steak charging me four dollars extra. This was the case when I came in there today on July 8, 2024, I even mentioned to the cashier whose name was Mandy and she didn’t care at all that I didn’t ask for double chicken double steak. I know this is somewhat minimal, but it’s happened a few times since I’ve c come to this particular chipotle.
