I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and the guy ran out of chicken while doing my order. We waited until more chicken arrived from the kitchen. When it came, he passed my order without adding more. When I got home, my meal was half the volume from normal. I avoid the Manona branch, maybe they will be better if they get different employees in a few months.

Probably the worst Chipotle experience. Walked in, only customer there among 5 (or more) employees behind the counter. Literally stood there at the counter for a solid 4 minutes. No one even said "hello" or "I'll be right with you" or "welcome" nothing. Just stood there while they awkwardly made eye contact with one another and then with me passingly. After another customer came up behind me and was also patiently waiting for an exceptionally long time with me for service did a girl change her gloves and come over asking me what I wanted to order. Food was as expected which earned them the 2nd star.Unbelievable, why employ people who have ZERO people skills, customer service or a sense of urgency. A smile or a "hello" goes a far way. Not asking for much here. Its not like they are spending time cleaning the dining area because it was filthy.

This is one of my favorite restaurants they have so many options it's always fun to go with my friends I'm always looking forward to it highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I always get beans, rice, guacamole, lettuce, pico, and green salsa the salsa is a little spicy but tastes amazing I'm vegetarian and I love going to chipotle amazing place!

Wife went in for a “quick” burrito bowl. It took 5 minutes before she got her order taken all to come out with a meager burrito bowl. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. 100% will suggest you take your money to east side chipotle. It WILL be worth your hunger to sacrifice the additional 15 minutes to go to the east side. They’re worth the follow up five star review I’m going to give them after this one star review.
