Great looking and tasty subs. Fabulous fries. Very nice employees
I usually go to the east side Cousin sub, but decided to go to this one because I was in the area.
I believe they may have been shortstaffed. We spent about $40 on two subs. We had the bologna sub and that was very disappointing. The temperature was not warm and also everything on it was fairly poorly put together. The taste was horrendous. My husband did not even eat it. For the sub that I got, which was a steak and cheese, they made it completely wrong, the wrong bread, the wrong cheese, the incorrect toppings, and the temperature was all off.
I complained to the manager and he gave me a free french fry coupon… He was very friendly, but I will probably never come back. The wait was extremely long as well.
Cheesesteak was bland and had way too little inside it. Several bites on each end of the sandwich were just the bread, no meat or cheese. Fries were pretty good though.
Food is overpriced for what you get. Fries were fresh and delicious! Sandwiches were bland. We ordered the cheese steak (chicken) and Philly (Steak). Not impressed. The meat and cheese looked and tasted as if it had been reheated with a microwave.
In addition, the toilet in the women's room was extremely dirty. Whoever has been cleaning it has been consistently missing the back part of the bowl.

Terrible service, employees were arguing amongst themselves, discovered take out order was completely wrong when we got home, called & left two messages to talk to a manager, no one ever called back.
I have never had fries here that were anything but fresh and hot! The crew gets them right every time! They also have a friendly staff. Nice, courteous people work here. Subs are consistently good. Need an unsweetened ice tea option for their fountain drinks though.
Avoid this location!!! I showed up promptly for my pick up order, and they had already gave it away to someone else. Instead of I’m sorry, we can remake your food, the “manager” dismissively told me I already had someone pick up my order and walked away to continue making other orders. Honestly, I would have waited patiently for my food to be remade if this “manager” wasn’t a total jerk arguing with me that I already had “a man” pick up my order for me! I asked for my money back, because they don’t deserve my business after being immediately treated this way. He told me no money back because I ordered on the app. I asked for the district manager’s phone number and he gave me some scribbled on receipt paper with a phone number that didn’t even work. Meanwhile, he kept dismissing me and continuing to make other orders. After another ten minutes, he came back over to me upset at the counter and said so you want me to remake the food? No! I want a working phone number to get my money back! Finally he got on his own cell phone, and he magically had a working phone number for his district manager for me to speak with and get my money back. It was a terrible hassle and an unnecessary situation!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!
Sign says under new management and I’m hoping that’s going to make a difference in this location. Our first visit was encouraging! We placed an online order and it was ready when it said it was going to be (the first time maybe ever). An employee had called to tell us they were out of tuna so we picked a different sub. They went out of their way to make sure that the toppings ordered on the original sub were on the side in case we didn’t want them on the replacement. Everyone was super friendly at pickup. Overall a great experience and the subs were delicious and very fresh tasting.
Lady behind the counter was very nice and frendly but the person making the subs messed up the whole order both subs were made incorrectly and inedible will not eat here again 30$ wasted

It was great! I'd heard a lot about the cheese curds and they were in fact very good. In fact, everything was!
There were 3 of us in our group. we each ordered a sub, a bag of chips, and a soda. We had 45 minutes for our lunch. After 15 minutes we inquired about our order. We were told it would be a few more minutes. While we waited we watched a number of other customers come in and order, then leave with their meal. Another 10 minutes elapsed and I inquired again. The same young person told me it was coming up soon, and after all we had placed a large order. A few minutes later we got our orders. We were left with very little time to eat.

Placed an online order at about 1:35 PM, was supposed to be ready at 1:53 PM. Walked in and was told I am working on it now, every employee was in back out of sight. Threw fries in after I sat down, usually good here but today. Today not so much

Never gets orders right even when it's not busy, and this happens every time I go. Also takes longer than stated time for basic orders. I give up on them, I would rather get Subway.
