Bread was different which makes me sad because their bread is what makes them different from the rest, this bread fell apart and was just not the same. Plus the sandwiches felt thinner. That's why I put 4

Mixed experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches with a coupon. Got home and the BLT had no tomato on it. Took a pic. Ate it anyway but stopped back there and reported the problem. The manager was nice enough to offer me a free sandwich. So they made a mistake, but made up for it. Credit for that.

My experience there was okay. I would say it was no fault of the employee's working, they were doing an excellent job in spite of being short staffed. With this in mind, I ordered the Gyro sub and found the tzatziki sauce to be lacking in flavor. I'd still rather go here than Subway though.

Waited 25 minutes after the initial 18 minutes for my 2-sub online order. They had not even started it when I arrived. They also had walk-in order subs completed before mine. The staff is the slowest I've ever experienced. And they were rude. I will never come here again. They need a serious re-management.

Absolute horrible customer service. My wife and I ordered lunch twice this week from this establishment. The first time the food was decent. Wasn't anything special but did have to wait a long time for our subs even though there were only a few others there. Later that week we decided to get lunch from there again since we live right down the road but ordered online to try and speed things up. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when we got there, my wife had to wait for another 10. When she got home we discovered that both were made incorrect. Frustrated already, I head back to the store to get the correct subs. That is when I was told by the very arrogant, unhelpful, dead in the eyes employee that I would have to talk with corporate to get the correct order. It was clear that the employee hates his life while working there, and the only other employee working was more focused on opening 20+ bags and not making subs. I do not blame your employee for not being helpful. That is on you as a franchise and company to make sure your employees are happy and helpful.

Do not order from this location. Placed an online order and it was made incorrectly. My husband ordered the cheese steak sub and was given a sub with just meat inside, nothing else. Instead of doing anything about it like remaking it or adding the missing ingredients, the employee said they can’t do anything because it’s an online order. This is not how you do customer service, especially around the holidays.

I love cousins food, but have found the workers are quite incompetent at both locations I visit. The Monona location workers demonstrate this often. This is the second time I’ve ordered through the app only to arrive and have them tell me they don’t have meatballs or marinara for a sub. Then when trying to cancel my order and get some sort of receipt telling me I will be refunded, the kid at the register says he can’t do that. Now he did call “the big boss” to try and find a solution but that didn’t solve anything. The only assurance I got was “he will cancel it and refund it tomorrow”Trust me bro….Update 12/22: It has now been a week since I paid for food that I did not take because they were unable to complete my order as requested.I still have not been refunded or heard from the GM after speaking with a manager directly at the Monona cousins over the phone and contacting them at the “contact us” web address that Cousins had replied to above.

We arrived, attempted to order and we're told there were system issues and we had to order online. I went online, added all the food to the cart, got an error message. We then downloaded the app, tried ordering through that, and also got a "temporarily unavailable" error. I informed the person at thr register, who was leaned forward doing nothing and his response "ok thank you". There was no attempt to help us. Very disappointing.
