I would give this place zero stars in the way that they are always slow. I deliver food and the order I just picked tried to pick up came in 25 minutes before I got there and they never advanced to the back of the house. These guys don’t know how to manage orders. Slow is OK when you’re building a house but not when people are hungry

I am very surprised this place is still open. We had a group to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was bad. Not only tasting but spoiled. To start we ordered drinks. I ordered 3 different drinks and was told each time they didn't have things to make them. She would bring one drink at a time. Someone in my group ordered a miller lite which had a July 2023 date. The place was dead. It looked like they used it for storage. Our appetizer came out ice cold. Soup was barely warm, salad dressing was near rancid. The shrimp smelled spoiled, the scallops were like rubber. He didn't use egg for the fried rice, veggies were hard not cooked. Ordered my steak rare and it was medium well. This is definitely some place to take off your radar. It is absolutely horrible. Someone in my group actually threw up already and the rest of us are counting the minutes. Save yourself from this horrendous experience. This place should be shut down!

My order arrived an hour later than expected. It was ice cold and I ordered fried roll and it was battered but not fried. This order was $100 and it was inedible. I tried to contact the merchant to return it or exchange it but was told it was not eligible for an adjustment. How incredibly disappointing. It may be better if you eat in but with the quality of my food i doubt it. I would advise finding a better option. I will say the edame wasn’t bad but I couldn’t even eat any of everything else.

Be careful when ordering for takeout! The food is always wonderful. However, they put all orders in the same containers so you don’t know whose is whose. Not good if there are food allergies like celiac and need gluten free. Regular roll was out next to one with tempura. All other restaurants put each order in a separate container OR they label so you know. Not at Edo.. And the time to receive your order is very long. Was supposed to take 35 minutes. We waited OVER an hour for ours. Be prepared. This is not the first time. We gave a second chance and tried again but no different. We will not be returning.

I called ahead to ask if the Hibachi grill was open and I was told "Yes". So, my daughter, her girlfriend and I meet up there for lunch. As soon as I asked for the hibachi grill I was told they we not going to be open until later in the day but we could have a seat at another table. We were led to a table that I think was from 1983 and hasn't been washed since the same year. We left right away.

Hibachi dinner party of 5, 8pm Saturday reservation. We were the only patrons in the entire restaurant.

Went for 2023 New Year's Eve sushi supper and had a disappointing evening. An employee folding napkins near the dining area was complaining and swearing about her job & and talking loudly on her phone, disruptive to our peaceful evening. Sushi was ok, not memorable, covered with too much sauce. The soy sauce bottles needed cleaning as did the carpet and other areas. It seemed like the place was in decline, which is unfortunate.

This was one of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever had. We had a reservation for 8 on Christmas Eve. Got there and got seated right away. The restaurant is very old and outdated. It also feels cramp in the dining hibachi room. The chairs are also not comfortable. The hibachi cook which was the owner, was finishing another group before coming to us and thanks to our server that was all kinds of lost, he had time to finish and take a long break. Now our server did perform a show for us. Took her 15 min to get the drinks which included 2 sodas, 1 glass of wine, 1 cocktails and 1 bottle of sake. Then when she took our food order and wrote it down, she came back 2 times to asks us what she wrote down and it was hilarious. She spilled our drinks, our soups. She forgot our appetizers and rice and our dipping sauces. She dropped ketchup on the floor too and was an overall mess. While all of this was happening, every time she would make a comment saying “I suck” “I am bad at this” “I forgot again” etc. the owner gave her multiple looks while he was cooking our hibachi. I think the food was ok. Salad was fresh, steak was juicy and steamed rice was good. Sushi was well made. That being said, all the fish items smelled very fishy even after being cooked like the hibachi shrimp, lobster, salmon. Luckily we didn’t have any stomach issues. Our server and the hostess had a very hard time splitting our bills and they mixed stuff up multiple times before getting it right. It was an overall messy experience.

I always love their sushi and they are amazing with gluten free!Dietary restrictions: Amazing and knowledgeable about eating gluten free. Nothing is marked on the menu because they can pretty much make anything gluten free (at least the sushi).

The White Snow roll was PHENOMENAL ⭐️ (shrimp tempura, cucumber, cream cheese and crab meat on top)The clear soup is pretty good but a little plain compared other places, but other than that the sushi was to die for. I really enjoyed the private booth that I sat in which had a privacy curtain! That alone was worth the trip. It’s nice to sit and kinda close yourself out from the rest of the restaurant while you’re on a date. lol

The soup and the salad that preceded the hibachi were just okay. They could have had a little more flavor, but they were not terrible. The hibachi itself was so fun to watch and tasted great. Our chef was super funny. The interior and ambiance are pretty clean with an eclectic style.
