This is Red Robin. Seems super scammy. Almost makes me not want to give business to Red Robin.

Family friendly and have great options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Kids have a good selection. Waiters are friendly and eager to help. Nostalgic wall coverings and decorations!

We had the best young gentleman as our server, I'm not sure if I can share names but I won't. He was outstanding our food was super fast and delicious! The restaurant was clean and I honestly really enjoyed the service and the manager came to check on us at the end of our meal and I thanked her for the service and told her despite living in Janesville I will be driving to Madison and requesting the same server in the near future if he is working! Thank you guys!!!

Now I'm not normally a chain restaurant kinda guy but this place was right across the street from our hotel and it had been a long day of tasting beers at the Great Taste of the Midwest beer festival. We walked in and we were greeted and taken to a table in a timely manner. Our waitress was great from start to finish. We ordered a couple of burgers, and I was pleasantly surprised with mine as it was fresh and hot. The burger had the nice crust on the outside from being cooked on the flat grill but it was still juicy and seasoned well. The French fries were not my favorite cut, they are the thicker steak fries and they could have been cooked longer; they were not crispy.. who likes soggy fries?Throughly enjoyed our experience here and I don't think it'll be my last time at a Red Robin.

Weirdest thing ever, I just walked in the resturant at 10:29PM to place a to go order. But they stopped seating people at 10PM, and refused my to go order because they stopped cooking at 10:30PM. So I asked if you open to 11PM, but you stop seating people at 10PM, and stop allowing to go order at 10:30PM, what is the reason your open to 11PM? The employee said that is a good point, and sorry. WTH!

Unfortunately our visit here was not the best. It all went great until we got our food. On my burger there was a black hair curled up right on top of the bun. Luckily, our waitress and the manager on staff was quick to get me a new burger. Thought we could forget about the hair and move onto our meal, but we shortly discovered there was another hair in my best friend daughters coleslaw. Our waitress apologized and brought it back to the kitchen staff to show them. The kitchen staff should be aware we can hear them in the dining room laughing it off and arguing with her to say that hair did not come from the back. We all know stuff happens, but the image of your employees and experience is sometimes what keeps your customers coming back. They were accommodating and did take off my meal, so we were thankful for that.On the door it did say short staff, so just be aware of what time you are coming for dinner to make sure that they will be able to seat you. It was normal atmosphere clean dining room and tables and floor look good. The bathroom did need some attention as it was not the cleanest. In the end, our waitress was very nice to us and apologized several times for the actions of the staff in the back.

My favorite food form here is the Mac cheese really good and the onion rings are super good. I would go again just for the onion ring. The staff are really nice and kind to all.

It is always hit or miss with our local Red Robin. We ordered delivery and extra fries ( because they are yummy) andNew updated review May 20, 2023Just awful... ordered two keep it simple burgers, one with turkey patty and onion rings and the other with beef patty and steak fries but got sweet potato fries instead ( shown in pic). So wish that every time we give them a chance it can be successful!

Back for some tasty burgers! There are a lot of restaurants around Madison to get burgers. RR can get overlooked, because of its being a chain. But, oh my, they've got some really good burgers, and then some! The onion rings had a perfect crunchy coating. We love Brussels sprouts, and did not disappoint. Perfect combination of crunchy & chewy. There was a bit of citrus flavor in them. Maybe a little bit too much salt, but we still emptied the basket.I added caramelized onions and an egg to my Bleu Ribbon Burger. It was cooked to a perfect medium, dripping with juicy goodness and a spicy aioli, dripping all down my hand. My side of garlic broccoli was loaded with flavor and sautéed to a tender crunchiness. My wife's Pigout Tavern Double, a bit downsized burger, but still filling and satisfying. Again, juicy patties with the delicious flavor of a BLT atop a burger. The sprinkle of brown sugar with the bacon added a crunchy sweetness to the meal. She also loved the sweet potato fries.Despite being crowded, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. There was no delay in the service. Next time we will have to leave room for dessert.

Looked at the bag and indeed this is Red Robin pretending to be some other place and delivering garbage. I had to waste two hours on the phone with Uber Eats getting a refund on messed up food not sent from the place I ordered from. This is a scam. I can't even review this place in the Uber Eats app.I guess Uber Eats has partnered with Red Robin to scam people into buying terrible food. How scummy do you have to be to sell food under a name other than where it is coming from.I should have learned long ago, but I won't be using anything Uber ever again.Vegetarian options: Only morons serve food like this.

Red Robin used to be amazing. It was the best burger going. But that was fifteen years ago. Like so many restaurants, rather than trying to bolster itself by improving, it instead focused on ways to cut corners to maximize profits and the food has been in serious decline ever since. At some point, they changed a lot of things about the meat they used, the way they assembled burgers--you name it. If they could go back to what they were doing in 2008, they'd still be dominating. They used to have these massive burgers that dripped juice. They had fresh fries.Instead, they bring out hastily assembled burgers with flavorless, dry meat patties. The fries have sat under a warmer too long and they're dry and tasteless. The smaller "tavern" burgers are no better than what you get at Burger King, but they charge you three times BK's price for them.Red Robin used to be a usual haunt. I looked forward to going. Now, it's become a stop ONLY when their rewards program begs me to come back by sending me an offer I can't refuse. And each time I return (down to once or twice a year, now), I regret it every time. It's like a shallow shell of what I remember it being.I don't blame the restaurant itself. I blame the corporate overlords for being out of touch.

I ordered a Cobb salad off of door dash. I payed $17 for a salad that was the size of the palm of my hands. It was in a to go container but it had a plastic divider down the middle. This made it look big but it wasn’t . Was not worth the money I spent at all. Disappointing.

It's a salad from Red Robin. It was good, but some of the lettuce pieces weren't the best. It looked like the freshness of the lettuce and the veggies were overlooked as it did have more than a couple of pieces that looked like they had seen better days. I had a hope that there would be more veggies (tomatoes, carrots, etc.). The amount of chicken provided was ample.

This is literally Red Robin, came in a Red Robin bag with red robin seasoning packets. What a shady scam for RR to create a healthy menu and call it a different company to trick people into ordering. If I wanted RR I would have ordered from there.

Half the ingredients for my cob. Salad were missing. First , only & last time ever ordering from them! So disappointed especially after the 50+ minute wait for a salad
