This McDonald’s I’d probably go to least every time I go to the drive-through most of the time it takes forever in the mornings for them to actually answer if that’s not going on they skip people who were there for a long time someone who was just come there due to the double lane And they’ll skip you like three or four times I get coffee from all different McDonald’s from Madison all the way to Illinois area I have a specific amount of sugar and a specific amount of cream and I can tell when they don’t put the right amount in A lot of employees are lazy and don’t actually put in what is requested. I think the only one who actually does is a Hispanic older gentleman. I grabbed three frappe’s today and it wasn’t even filled up. It was above halfway filled with just a small dot of whipped cream. I have the pictures if requested just about every other McDonald’s in Madison is better than this one

Abysmal service today… normally I get my food without issue but today they didn’t add my food to the menu so I was missing items from the start. After that I tried to fix it at the first window just for them to not even give me my burger. They also gave me the worst fries imaginable

Just left the drive thru. Very busy. The workers were nice. Ordered 2 $6 McDouble meals. One for me, one for my wife. Get home to find no fries and no sauce. Not the end of the world, just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t receive it. Oh well. Can’t act like I won’t be back lol.

Dude at the counter got mad at me for asking for a cup and spoon after he forgot to give me one for my Diet Coke and McFlurry smh. Just very rude and disrespectful.

What happened to our McDonnies? This place is quite the run down dump. Disgrace to the Monona neighborhood. Sorry, not sorry. It's not worth the air pollution for the neighborhood to have an unfriendly, unwelcoming fast food restaurant. Broken monitors, empty display cases, dirty tables...yikes.

I stood at the front counter and got ignored for five minutes then I asked for the Wi-Fi password and then I got ignored for another 10 minutes and then I overheard the manager say there's no Wi-Fi here and then they still didn't come over even just to tell me that.

Mic Donald's... Used the drive through. No one behind us, hardly any cars, and yet they were impatient and kept trying to rush us through our orders. They even asked if we wanted any sauces for our nuggets. When we got to the window it took them well over 5 minutes to get the food and then they didn't provide the BBQ sauce THEY asked us if we wanted. No napkins or katctchup either. Pulled through to let the only car behind us get their order and I went inside to get our ordered sauces, only to wait another 5 mins to be greeted. Once I asked them for the sauce they gave us one package for 20 nuggets... Utter failure McDoonalds. It is a shame what McDonald's has become, it was a great place as a kid, great memories and pretty good food, now it's a crappy hybrid Starbucks sub par Burger joint.

The experience I just had at McDonald's Monona Drive was horrible. And it was backed by their poor management. First of all they gave me cold food and didn't even complete my order. I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals mediums with drinks They didn't even send me the second fry I had to drive back to the store to get it. On top of both of them being cold they offered nothing for compensating for me have to drive back not a cookie and extra fry nothing and so when I got the manager to ask him if they could compensate for me having to come back to get my completed order He told me corporate doesn't allow that and I said even if you guys make mistakes and he said yep you'll have to take it up with the GM who's only here in the mornings and I said wow what if you have mistakes that happen in the evening and he said that's just how it is and it was such a poor response I will never ever ever go back to McDonald's on Monona Drive I made a mistake for suggesting that location to begin with I promise you I will never go back What poor customer service.
They got my order right, good job.
