Our garlic knots were burned but I guess by adding more butter they would covered up the burned knots. We asked for square cuts and looks like a toddler cut it. Some are 1 in big and then 4 in strip. Call to speak to a manager, but I was on hold forever. What a waste of trip which is 38 miles round trip

Tonight, I sent my partner with our toddler to go pick up a 1 topping pizza. They got there when the pizza was supposed to be ready but it wasnt ready. It took pretty much 40 minutes for them to even make it. After about 40 minutes, they finish making it and the pizza is messed up with half the cheese off, he asked for a refund and left empty handed and disappointed. Won't be coming back to this location.

Called to place an order for 2 pizzas and an order of garlic parmesan bread sticks. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived almost 20 minutes after placing the order and it hadn't even been made yet. If it were during a busy dinner or lunch rush I would understand the delay, but it was at 3 PM. Very slow service!

Our order was 3 hours late and incorrect. They only had one worker working so I feel bad for that worker. It is totally unacceptable of management to have such substandard service. They also utilized door dash for the delivery, who left it on our doorstep and did not inform us of the delivery. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable.

So I came into Papa John's Pizza I was absolutely amazed!!! A worker named Rick was cleaning the store. The cleanliness of the facility was STUNNING!!! Rick stopped what he was doing and took my order, a medium sausage pizza with extra yellow pepper thingys. Rick was professional!! Courteous!! Well mannered!! And very knowledgeable about the menu. He even made my order. FRESH! YUMMY! HOT!! TASTY!! I can tell Rick does a great job and loves his job. Way to go guy!!

My pizza was so undercooked I could literally still stretch the dough. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. Even the cheese was hardly melted. The fact there staff didn’t let the pizza cook for longer is absolutely ridiculous. Zero excuses

It was slow because they were understaffed and overwhelmed with orders. Nevertheless, the employees were trying very hard to fulfill the orders and the food was good.

Got a box of pizza for me and the little guy yesterday. It wasn't planned so we went in to order. Staff was friendly, easy to order and wasn't a long wait. Most importantly, the pizza was hot and fresh!

I had scheduled a pizza order 2 days before for my 8 yr old's birthday party. This place ghosted me and did not deliver. I went to the store and it was unmanned. I had 14 kids waiting for a pizza. I had to run around to find a alternate for food. This place sucks. Shame on you

We placed an order for pickup of a large pizza and 8 wings. When we went to get the order, at the designated time, we noticed there were only 6 wings in the box. We eventually did get our two missed wings, but there was no apology or compensation for having to wait for an extra 10 minutes for the two forgotten wings while the rest of our food was getting cold. Not good customer service.
