My bf and I each purchased a stuffed pizza and both placed our orders online literally one minute apart. Mine said it would be ready at 5:41 and his 5:44. When we arrived for pick up, they were just finishing up my pizza up and were working on his next. That is until another woman threw a fit for how long she was waiting. I watched as they turned my bf’s pizza into hers and completely started over on his so we ended up waiting an additional 12-15min. No apology from staff that we didn’t get our pizza until 12-15min after the stated pick up time.They also seemed very disorganized which was odd since they had like 4-5 people working…Doubt we’ll be going back any time soon.

The ladies here were amazing. They have a new policy were they don't make your pizza until you pay if you order online and I was in a hurry so they bummed up my order.This surprised me since it was during their Tuesday rush. This was the best services I've ever gotten from this location and I've been going here for over 10 years.I only gave 4 stairs for atmosphere because floors where sticky to walk on and bathroom is out of order for customers to use.

Used to love ordering a family size stuffed pizza. But as of the last 3 times I’ve ordered, especially at this location, the pizzas are getting thinner, smaller, and lighter. Not so much the stuffed pizza I love. If this keeps up, I’m going to take my business to another company. So disappointing.Even brought this up to the manager at the store, and they refused to do anything about it. The family size pizza is about the size of a large now.

Thank you Dezyre, our pizza was outstanding. I had moved to Verona thusly using the Verona papa Murphy's locaction. I brought it home, baked it and concluded our maker forgot the cheese it was so little. I began using your location despite having moved to Verona because the pizzas were made so well. Dezyre, you earned the 5stars! I mean, this is the dairy state after all?!
Super Clean location with very friendly staff. Stopped in for Tuesday $10.99 large pizza special. Built my own with mushrooms, Onions, sausage, pepperoni and black n olives. Yum!
Avoid this location! The door says open until 8. Arrived at 6:30 and had it mumbled to me that they were closed, sometimes by 6 and other times closer to 7. The service worker was either high or on something: She refused to make eye contact and was unsteady on her feet. Location was filthy, very unsanitary. A bad experience bordering on the surreal.

98% of the time they are spot on. One time we had an incorrect order where either they had a new person or they misread the order. We still go there. People make mistakes. Its quick and yummy.Vegetarian options: Veggie style pizzas

4 people on site. 3 of which are doing nothing. One took order and then begrudgingly had to fill order as well. Didn't fill the order to specs she herself took. The store is less than clean. No adult supervision. A prime example of how bad this country has become. Will look for an alternative.

The customer service at this Papa Murphys is extremely poor. The manager is very unhelpful, has no knowledge of company wide specials, and made me actually make an order on line while I was standing in front or the order station in the restaurant.
