Ribs were great. The baked beans were the best I’ve ever had in my entire life by a significant margin. I absolutely will be coming back.

Y’all. This is probably the best food in Madison hands down. If you want some soul food MAN. This is soul food. My mouth was doing backflips. Then I went home and ate it cold and it was still delicious. It’s so good. They made it fresh and were very nice and polite. But yea that food was fire.
I will say I have been trying to come here for months. Today I was lucky enough to catch them but sometimes they aren’t here during their open hours so that does suck quite a bit…especially since the food is literally amazing. 10/10.
And the environment of the truck itself is a little sketchy so that might turn some people off, but the food makes up for it.
Overall if you’re lucky enough to see them open just go try it and thank me later.

I've tried to bring my dad here 4 different times after telling him how good the food is, and every time the truck hasn't been there. They need to figure out some way to have their schedule listed online, because as far as I can tell you just show up sometime between 11:30a - 6pm and hope you get lucky. Will not try again.

Ordered the quarter chicken. It was cold and I was charged $5 more than the listed price.I brought it to the cashiers attention, he said the sign was old ,but he was clearly out of it and I didn't want to argue with someone who was potentially high.

Had the brisket combo with fries and slaw. The brisket was absolutely delicious (one of the best I've ever had) and the bbq sauce is spectacular. Not to mention the portion size was very generous.
Every time I go there it’s incredible. It’s family there. I love how everything is fresh and juicy. My whole construction crew has begged me to give them their location and every time I give it to them. This is the best bbq joint in town. Love you Nicole

I work construction over all the states and I can honestly say this was the best BBQ I ever had even better then the southern states it has a great smoke taste and tender and you get a lot for a little price.watch out for the beans they have a kick.lol
