Great food. Quick and consistent. Very friendly staff. Only gripe is inside pick up is a little awkward. They face all the bags with the receipts facing away from the customer. If they are busy at the register you have to turn around all of the bags to find which one has the receipt with your name on it. Suggestion would be to turn towards customer and highlight name on receipt. Other than that this place is really nice.

I went over just now for a brownie. The short little dude with the beard and glasses helped me. After struggling with the card swipe machine, I did not leave a tip. He slid the brownie across the counter at me with the most dismissive look ever. I’ll never come back and neither should you
Terrible customer service from manager Gabby, had a issue with my order i called to have have issue resolved, she endedup hanging up on my face, i called back and she wouldnt talk to me, she had a co woker apologize for her actions instead and i never had the issue resolved n i havnt been back since. Great food terrible people

I catered Q'Doba for a large meeting at work today, and I just have to give a shoutout to the Monona location — they absolutely delivered! From the food quality to the presentation, everything exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Grant, the delivery and catering staff member, who set up the entire buffet. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. I highly recommend this location for any catering needs — 10/10!
