Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I hadn't eaten at a Red Robin in years. I'm so glad I gave this new location a try. Very tasty food with more complex flavors than years ago. They've elevated their menu.

We ordered food online because we were in a rush and when we went in we waited at the counter for 10 min while there was two workers talking who clearly saw us and then when we got are food they put everything we did not ask for on are burgers and gave us the wrong sauces.

Friendly staff, and yummy food. My kids shared a full size milkshake and that was delicious too.

Parking: Decent amount of spaces, including handicap parking right in front of the doors

Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere, crayons and activities on the kids menus, and additional coloring sheets to color for a coupon to use in the future.

I placed an online order while waiting outside in the parking lot of the restaurant they gave my food away to another person, then I had to wait for them to remake my food for them to tell me that the person who stole my food look like they can be related to me because they have dreads….I have no dreads in my head ! am black and so was the person who stole my food !

We came here for a party today and were seated right away. The table service was prompt and our server was very attentive throughout our visit.

I got a classic burger with their garlic fries.
Their burgers come with your choice of bottomless sides and they are always done right.

This is my spot for lunch when I’m in the area, and where I bring my friends to get drinks and fries.

I was at Red Robin just yesterday and ordered the Cobb salad. I was reading the review from 2 weeks ago from someone who ordered the same and gave a great review. That has not been my experience.

I felt a deep sense of downsizing and upcharging going on. I get the Cobb roughly once a month and the serving size I received was about 2/3rds the size of my last order.

My plate was mostly salad. There were about 5 small cubes of avocado, where there used to be about 1/2 of one, sliced and presented nicely. Instead of getting a whole sliced egg, I got a very small portion, perhaps 1/4 of one, almost minced. Bacon, virtually non-existent. Bleu cheese was ok.

The amount I paid for what I received does not justify me frequenting this establishment anymore.

I gave two stars because the person I dined with enjoyed their burger.

They were redoing the roof so their TV was down for the Brewers/Mets game. This goes for all Red Robin's get rid of the salads. Every restaurant I've been to the salads are brown or slimy.

We came in for my dad's birthday. Never been here before, not bad. Dad ordered the chicken sandwich. I ordered the A-vocobb salad with grilled chicken. Very filling. Avocado, bacon, blue cheese. Yum! The server was accommodating and friendly. He wasn't as attentive as I prefer dining out, but maybe I just wanted our table to be more doted on than we were due to pops' birthday. Nonetheless he was personable. There was no wait. The hostess was patient as our party trickled in. Nice first visit with Red Robin. Thank you for having our rowdy, lovable bunch.
