Overall good experience. But not perfect.
Liked the burger. No complains on food at all.
Hostess lady was not friendly. It wasn’t busy, she was talking with other worker, and came to me rolling her eyes. Asked for the booth, she said “maybe you wanna take the bar seat?” At 12:30 pm? With not even a half booked restaurant?
Server came up right away. Good guy, solid service, knows menu pretty good, told me about the food & ingredients. But waited for my burger (just a cheeseburger) for 15-20 min. A lil long, but ig it was just me being very hungry.
The only thing is while I was eating and being on my phone, server and other (managers?) bothered me like 5-6 times am I good? Bro I’m on the phone, eating. Don’t worry, I gotchu a tip, but let me eat. $20+ tips. Was it worth it? Tasted good, but for just a cheeseburger, I don’t think so. Would I go back? No.

Got seated and the waiter came after we ordered food on the kiosk, to ask if we wanted drinks. Brought the food and drinks and never came back. We were one of 4-5 tables on a weekday afternoon....won't be going back.

We had an enjoyable experience at this location. The server was exceptionally cordial, and his second day of employment was commendable. However, he excelled in his performance.

This is a solid Red Robin food always comes out quick, service is friendly and the food is exactly what you expect! They are very efficient so it's honestly an easy place to go for a quick meal while still getting sit down restaurant service.

if I could give negative stars I would we had food from here some time ago and it wasn't good at all. We used to love this restaurant so thought we would try it again. 2 bites into my husband's sandwich he said it taste rotten. 5 minutes later he was throwing up in the bathroom. I highly recommend you dont eat here. my food was horrible also.
