Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I would give this place a 4.2 stars BUT they let someone else pick my $100 order up without confirming that it was me. I was on my lunch break (fast food management) and the fact that they didn’t have my food ready (it was stolen) made me late from my 30 minute break.

The food was delicious, that’s the saving grace in this whole ordeal. Their employees need to be better about order confirmation.

Abby was awesome! Friendly, helpful, great sense of humor. She never missed a beat -my beer glass were never empty, and we always had sides on the table :) Food was great.

I had an amazing time at red robin tonight. I took my mother out for 71st birthday and the staff was absolutely perfect. Abby was the sweetest server and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much!

Henry was amazing! He gave great service from start to finish and was extremely friendly! I got everything refilled right when I needed it. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I’d happily come back!

Hadn't been to Red Robin in a long time because they always had the music on so loud! It is noticeable quieter and much more pleasant. Great burgers!

I hadn't eaten at a Red Robin in years. I'm so glad I gave this new location a try. Very tasty food with more complex flavors than years ago. They've elevated their menu.

We ordered food online because we were in a rush and when we went in we waited at the counter for 10 min while there was two workers talking who clearly saw us and then when we got are food they put everything we did not ask for on are burgers and gave us the wrong sauces.
