5/15/2025 - I love this place and its staff so much. I've left positive reviews and thanks for so many of them with the Starbucks corporate number, but today I want to thank Rachel (I hope that is spelled right) for being such a kind and amazing human being. I was so sad this morning (it's my birthday today) and Rachel went above and beyond in all the things and made my day so much nicer. The world needs more people like her.

I stopped in here this morning, my first time coming to this location, and I have to say I want to make this my only location for getting Starbucks!!
From the moment you walk in you get greeted as if you are a longtime friend! The staff is amazing!!

Do better with your sandwiches Starbucks, specifically the tomato pesto veggie sandwich. I don’t eat meat often so I order this sandwich and 50% of the time it comes with almost zero substance, just dry bread, a dab of pesto, and 3 tomatoes in the middle. For $8? TERRIBLE.

10+ ā­ļø Even tho I am a regular here @ this location for 6+ yrs I have NEVER had any of the issues these bitter, greedy people are commenting about here šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø The staff is ALWAYS Nice & Welcoming. If there is ever a problem with your drink or food just say something and they will replace it or give a refund. No need to leave reviews that are false or exaggerate. Keep in mind NO ONE is perfect and just because they work at Starbucks doesn’t mean they Don’t/Can’t make mistakes there human dam it lol

Not sure how to directly give feedback to this specific location, so I'm hopeful this review can pass along some constructive criticism!

While being 1 of 2 people in the entire cafe, it took 20 minutes from the time paid, to the time my latte was made. There were 3 employees behind the counter, one was training 2 people. After about the first 15 minutes of waiting seated, and watching what seemed like employees chatting, I stood up and waited near drink pick-up, hoping by doing so, someone would notice and perhaps wonder if there was a missing ticket. I probably should have said something but it seemed obvious as I was the only person there and had ordered with one of the employees present. After a long wait, with seemingly nothing being done, I was going to cancel my drink and request a refund, due to my schedule that evening. Then I noticed the employee who was training grab a ticket, and the trainees presumably begin to make my drink. Nothing was said to explain the wait.

As a customer service worker myself, I know it's important to provide opportunities for new employees to do things on their own, however I don't believe it should be at the expense of customer's time. If I had known it would take 20 minutes I would have not stopped, due to my schedule. Additionally, I think it's important to be conscious of the customer, and explain why the drink would be taking longer to make, especially if there are multiple employees present. Hopefully things improve!

Starbucks may be a standard but I always do have a good experience here. love the sandwiches. the environment is cozy and staff friendly! the bathroom code is 50124# I love coming here in winter. the set up of the store is really relaxing as well

Barry was super nice, but the females making coffee were not working with sense of urgency. Seemed like they didn’t care how long us customers wanted for our drinks. Didn’t seem that busy but there were four people waiting before me that’s been waiting for one drink… and online ordering wasn’t even on or available so it just seems like pure laziness on this Sunday morning

Waiting about 15min for them to call me to the register and tell me they are out of the wrap I ordered and forgot my drink. After about 25min I get the sausage bacon egg wrap and it falling apart. I couldn’t eat it without it crumbling all over. There were two mini sausage pieces and one 1in rubbery undercooked piece of bacon. It was terrible.
