Starbucks may be a standard but I always do have a good experience here. love the sandwiches. the environment is cozy and staff friendly! the bathroom code is 50124# I love coming here in winter. the set up of the store is really relaxing as well

Barry was super nice, but the females making coffee were not working with sense of urgency. Seemed like they didn’t care how long us customers wanted for our drinks. Didn’t seem that busy but there were four people waiting before me that’s been waiting for one drink… and online ordering wasn’t even on or available so it just seems like pure laziness on this Sunday morning

Waiting about 15min for them to call me to the register and tell me they are out of the wrap I ordered and forgot my drink. After about 25min I get the sausage bacon egg wrap and it falling apart. I couldn’t eat it without it crumbling all over. There were two mini sausage pieces and one 1in rubbery undercooked piece of bacon. It was terrible.

I will start with, my beverage was awesome! However, I also ordered a yogurt parfait, which was apparently out of stock. Although inconvenient, that is understandable, things happen. Oddly, though, instead of being refunded the parfait amount, I received a "$4 off your next visit" card. First, a parfait is over $4 (only $4.35 +tax, but it's the principle of loosing money on an item I never received). Also, it doesn't look like I can even utilize this card on the app, which is how I always order my Starbucks. Basically, I just spend +$12 on 1 beverage and still need to go find something now for lunch.
