Store is dirty. So is the bathroom. Lights go off while you’re in there. No seat covers. Store looks empty, unstocked like they need to hire help and delegate responsibilities. Not exactly the how I want to start my morning which sets the vibe for my whole day.

I love the crew here. I have been going here for years and some of the crew members may come and go but they stay very personable and make you feel welcome. Rachel is a wonderful person and so are all the rest. Thank you for keeping this store constant in great customer service. They truly care that my order is correct.

This is my favorite starbucks to visit! Without the drive thru, and the super friendly and helpful staff, the vibes are peak. I would rate 10 stars if i could, my coffee is always how i like it, and the baristas smiles bring a smile to my own face. Love this place.

This Starbucks is really nice. Was headed my way back home to Michigan when I found this location. The breakfast sandwiches and vanilla cappuccino was yummy. The Baristas are really welcoming and friendly especially Alexis, she has a great personality and is a sweetheart. I recommend this to anyone who is passing by.

I have tried ordering my coffee drinks from here several times and every time it’s a very disappointing experience. It’s always packed so I end up waiting forever and the worst part is all of my drinks are made incorrectly and some actually taste horrible. Sorry but the amount of times this has happened is crazy. This will be my last time going to this location.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino today and damn was it good. I even got a smiley face drawn on my cup. It made my day that much better! I’d take a picture but it didn’t last long lol thank you!

Worst visit ever at a Starbucks. Coming home from hospital, asked my husband to run get me a Frappuccino - Java chip/ almond milk, shot of peppermint-Large. I was too ill to go in so waited in the car. 40 minutes later he finally brings me my drink. A cookie crumble medium, no almond milk, no peppermint. Hy husband was 😡! He had repeated the order multiple times, and the did offer to remake it, but he didn’t have another 40 minutes to waste and was worried about me in the car so he took it as it was. Obviously, more training is needed at that location.

I ordered a tall pumpkin frappe and I couldn't even drink it cause they added way to much pumpkin flavor into it. It was way too strong
Staff really hates their jobs. Also could not get order right. Asked for drink in a venti cup and repeated it to her asking if I already said that she said yes, but drink came in small cup. I was there may 28th at 840am, the shorter girl with dark long hair tied at bottom of neck took my order. She really didn't want to be there.

5/15/2025 - I love this place and its staff so much. I've left positive reviews and thanks for so many of them with the Starbucks corporate number, but today I want to thank Rachel (I hope that is spelled right) for being such a kind and amazing human being. I was so sad this morning (it's my birthday today) and Rachel went above and beyond in all the things and made my day so much nicer. The world needs more people like her.

I stopped in here this morning, my first time coming to this location, and I have to say I want to make this my only location for getting Starbucks!! From the moment you walk in you get greeted as if you are a longtime friend! The staff is amazing!!
