I had a great experience at the Taco Bell in Monona last night! The person answering the drive through was cheerful, polite, quick and accurate. The staff got my order exactly right and quickly and the manager at the pay station was super kind and allowed me to keep my coupon from a previous mistake.

Worst service I have ever had a a taco bell! They messed up my order three times and then the manager told me I would need to bring a better attitude as well as the receipt and food in order go get my meal fixed. Go to any other TBell!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. While ordering in the drive-thru, this lady (manager) rushed me and did not allow me time to finish choosing a drink. When I asked for a moment, she instead gave me the total and told me to pull forward before my order was complete.

At the window, we politely asked if a drink could be added and were told “we don’t do that,” followed by her repeatedly saying, “Are y’all gonna take the order or just sit there and stare.” The tone and wording were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Because of how we were treated, we chose not to order. Fast-paced environment or not, customers deserve basic respect.

Went last night, employee in drive thru was rude, ive worked in fast food for years before and understand how stressful it is sometimes but last night interaction was unacceptable, there was only one other car in the drive thru with us, unless there was a big rush before I would understand but it was ridiculous the attitude and response he was giving was unacceptable, hope they do better.

Hour wait in the drive thru

Waited in drive thru line for lunch rush for 20 mins. Placed the order for 3 meals. Pull up to pay and was told one meal is not available so I ask to replace the order and they told me sorry and that I have to get back in line that’s even longer than when I pulled up. Didn’t offer a solution and just closed the window on me.
