Potholes in the parking lot, pretty gross bathroom that needs work with the door handle, door, and such. Tables that weren’t cleaned off. Nice workers, but they did not have hair nets on with their long hair. Didn’t see a lot of initiative.

Very unsanitary. Came in tonight to get a sub and the girl was outside smoking when I pulled up. She walked in and didn't wash her hands before putting on the gloves. She also touched all over the finger parts of the gloves with her dirty hands while putting them on and proceeded to touch her body and clothes with the gloves on as well then touch my sub again. Additionally she decided to up-charge me 5 bucks for cutting a 12 inch into two 6 inch subs.

Frustrating when you go in at 10 to 8 (7:50pm) and can’t even get avocado on your sandwich because “it’s too late” Really?! Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve never had any other Subway tell me that I couldn’t put what I wanted on my sandwich because “it’s too late”

Literally just got home from going here. Was told they were "out" of steak and meatballs. Two hours before closing. They didn't want to make more. Girls were obviously a bit flustered from a busy day which I can understand, but that's no excuse to not be willing to make more of a product you sell TWO HOURS before close.

Got shorted a dipper, which was EXTREMELY disappointing for the picky child! Then called multiple times and let it ring and ring and ring and never got an answer! New person on crew and could not get any help in wrapping because one was busy helping other customers and the other one was too busy staring at the register doing nothing! I recommend you check your order before you leave because they apparently can't answer a phone!

My sub was incorrectly made. We had already drove across town to pick them up during our lunch period. Then I had to leave work and drive back to get a new one. And all the manager had to say was "sorry about the onions". She acted like it was my fault.
