What a fun vibe in a great location w/ easy parking! They were playing great jazz tunes which actually sounded ‘live.’ Rita, our waitress was lovely— thank you Rita! All 4 of us enjoyed our drinks (I loved the Honey Martini!), salads & entrees. The special: jerk chicken pasta was perfectly seasoned and the thin crust mushroom pizza was delicious! The special rum cake was to die for!! Keep up the great work and thank you!

First time for my son & I. Staff were great. My sons lettuce Thai chicken wraps were very light on the amount of chicken (small dish). Thai Chicken bowl was pricey for a lunch entrée at $21 & light on the protein.

Lisa is an amazing waitress, knowledgeable on the menu, personable, and totally on top of the entire service.The dates are amazing (if you like goat cheese). The Asian zing wings... They were oK. Dipped in the house made ranch, I died and went to heaven. I'm a blue cheese guy with my wings, and the blue cheese is great, but that ranch needs to be served on draft.I ordered the scallops very good brussel sprouts as the side of the way to go.Desserts were, alright. Not sure I'd splurge on that again.Overall, I'm coming back. And I really hope all the wait staff is as good as Lisa.

The first thing I look for in a restaurant that I want to visit frequently is good food, and clean seating areas. The floors, booths, and bathrooms were incredibly spotless. The food is so delicious, our plates were licked clean. The staff was attentive, without being intrusive. If you find yourself within 100 miles of this place, make sure to go with an empty stomach. You’ll need it.Vegetarian options: My wife is a Vegetarian, and I hate eating vegetables. The roasted cauliflower with balsamic vinaigrette was better than some steaks I have had.

First time patron of Buck & Honey's and I wish they would open a location in South Dakota! Service was friendly and prompt. Menu offered a variety of options (all sounded delicious). My meal was fresh and tasty. If we weren't traveling it would have been tempting to just step up to the enticing bar and spend a few hours relaxing with some beverages, a few menu items, and chit chat with the locals. My kind of place.

We had a birthday celebration here tonight for a party of 7. The staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes from wings and tacos to a ceasar salad and the prime rib special. It was all delicious! Our waitress came back often to check on us and even helped us get a special birthday brownie with a candle so we could celebrate in style! Thank you, Buck and Honey's, for creating a warm and welcoming space that exudes the rich history of Mount Horeb while complimenting it with great food and service!!
