It can take a while for them to get food to you but it's good food! I love how everyone knows everyone in small town. HOWEVER, never order fudge or strawberries or anything like it on your custard. You ask for double the toppings and pay 12.00 for it and you get the same as you would if u didn't get double the toppings! Very skimpy on toppings.

There is something about eating at Culver's in Wisconsin. The food seem fresher and the employees seem genuine on service. I ordered fish and chips with a mushroom burger. The best I had since introduced.

This location knocks it out of the park every time! Staff is incredibly friendly, service is amazingly fast and it's always correct even if you have a special order! The GOAT of Culver's in my opinion!

I was having a horrible day on vacation due to issues with our hotel. Without knowing any of this a lovely absolute angel of an employee came around to ask if our food was OK and we sat and had a 15 minute conversation about random stuff. She took some of my stress away simply by just asking a few questions and making sure our food was good. I'd return if back in the area for sure!

The food was pretty good, but nevermind that. When I was in the restaurant I heard an employee yelling at another employee from the kitchen. Yelling shouldn’t be present in a workplace, especially one where customers are trying to enjoy themselves.
Culver's is just Culver's. I really enjoy it. You need to make sure you double check on what you ordered. Many times I have ordered the single butter Burger basket. And haven't up with a double butter burger basket.

I dont know who quit or which manager doesnt care anymore but this location is HORRIBLE! The staff at night are always getting orders wrong and then dont seem to care even when brought to thier attention. Food has been really greesy lately and coming out wrong. I think its time for the owners to get back in the store and fix this. I for one have had it, and im not going to visit any of thier stores now. Mount horeb use to be good, but its going down hill fast. The rude manager fixing my order wasnt even sorry and never said anything about it other than to tell the staff they didnt mess up our order. So i guess managent is now blaming the customers.Thanks for the response, but i know its just a pr cover to save face. This issue has been brought up in the past with mangment and is even worse now. So i know customer service is not the priority anymore. Bad managment leads to bad staff. Im done, Culvers is dead to us

I just remember when I used to come here, the teenagers were outstanding to work with. Very well-mannered and always got my order right. But something happened later, their service isn’t that good anymore as it used to be. The orders get messed up more often now.
