Do not go to this McDonald's!!! I went here just yesterday and the place was really dirty inside. Also the employees don't even speak English it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food after they figured out what I was saying.

They have like no appearance policy the employees wear whatever they want. I saw one pull out a vape. The lights are flickering and they never stop the awful beeping of the fryers. I work at a McDonald’s and our GM would never let any of this fly, it’s filthy the service is terrible the food is old and they never get the order right.

I walked in to get my order and the whole place was very dirty. I waited 10 minutes for my food. There was no none else in there. When I got my food and cup, there was no ice in the machine and the diet dr pepper was flat. I will never go into this McDonald's again and I live in Mt horeb

I never go to McDonald's but was really hungry and on the road. Worst damn food ever! Threw more than half of it out the window going down the road. Doubt even the coyotes will even touch it. I should have stopped at Kwik Trip and got a bag of nuts to tide me over instead of this crap! Never again!
This McDonalds needs new staffing. The workers don’t even understand what you’re saying because they don’t speak English. There is a long wait even if no people are in line. The food is cold and not freshly made. There is a mix up with my order every single time. I’ve wasted so much money here. I would not recommend.

One of the worst McDonalds. Staff is unfriendly, and while rarely busy they are slow. To be fair on that point, McDonald’s drive-thrus have gotten terribly slow over the years.. I mainly get breakfast at McDonalds, and while this is my local location, I drive into Madison because this one is so awful. I stopped ordering the breakfast burrito there, because there was barely any egg on it, and the way they rolled the burrito was just a shoved together mess. The final straw was when I drove through with a friend. We ordered an egg McMuffin, and the muffin was never toasted and tasted awful. Try eating an English muffin out of the package without toasting – yuck! We also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, the bacon was practically raw, and the muffin was so hard It seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. Lastly, my friend ordered hashbrowns. While I warned him not to based on my past experience, they were so undercooked he couldn’t eat them. Everything was lukewarm at best. At least the coffee was fine! We trashed the whole thing and drove to the location on Odana, where everything was as it should be. Don’t waste your time or money here. They can’t even get then basics right.
