Where's the meat? We initially thought that they forgot the meat, but it sounds like they just don't care. We basically paid $20 for two pieces of bread. I was told the manager would call me back weeks ago but that never happened. We expect a refund. We currently awaiting our refund from the disputed transaction. I may contact the Better Business Bureau too.

This is the second time they have done this. Went down a little after 4:30 today to get a number 11 meal with a cookie. Pulled the sandwich out and ate it, looked to the bottom of the bag and the chips that where in there where the wrong kind and no cookie. Don’t know what I’m paying the extra for let alone for chips I don’t want. This is the second time I have ate here and at first I thought it was a honest mistake but now after the second time and talking to people, It just seems to be the way they operate. Hopefully they are not pocketing people difference

Open until 9pm but out of bread by 7. Unless you want wheat that most people don't order. But the French roll that every one orders. To bad out by 7. Cuz if we don't have bread. We don't have to make sandwiches. Don't forget to shut off the lights 15 minutes early too. If people think we're closed they won't come. This is not the first time iether. This happens quite often. Oh yeah don't forget to tip at least 20%.

Bread very dry, very skimpy on meat and condiments. When address issue they really didn't care or make it right. Called corporate talked to young girl and she said she would send out coupon. We'll it never happen. Called again , same girl reminded her. She really didn't care nor did she make it right. Anyone reading this, you are better off going to Fire House or Jimmy John's for a good sub.
From 3/17/24: Sandwiches were good and larger than I expected. But the 5 stars are really for the 2 young men working that afternoon who had way more patience with my 8 yr/o Grandson than his tired old Grandma did lol! They were super helpful - thanks!

I ordered 2 sandwiches. One was the ham and cheese sub and the other was an Italian. Both of them were swimming in Mayonnaise to the point. It was so disgusting that I threw them away. Very disappointed will not order from them again.
