Sjölinds Chocolate Factory

The atmosphere was adorable, and the young women working were so very sweet and personable! The chocolate is very European style, which my family loved. The icing on the cake for us was the morning bun we shared. It was enormous, and insanely delicious! We would absolutely go back again!!

Parking: Super easy to park in their dedicated parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter (6.5 years) loved it here and was surprised to find some toys and games!

We were extremely disappointed with our visit. Despite waiting patiently, we were skipped, and another person was served ahead of us. It was baffling why they would arbitrarily choose to serve others over us. Frustrated, we decided to leave and went down the streey to Sun Cafe instead. There, we were welcomed warmly and served promptly and in order. Sun Cafe truly knows how to treat their customers right.

I was very pleased with my trip to Sjölinds! The employees were all very kind. I had the lemon poppyseed scone. It was delicious. I also enjoyed my white chocolate iced latte.

Best Finnish Pie I have ever had! Delicious coffee and wonderful treats!

I am lucky to live in the same town so we can visit often. Love the chocolate, scones, quiche, and everything else they have. Staff is always friendly.

I stop in here regularly to purchase their hot chocolate mixes (Mexican is my favorite!). I also occasionally purchase bakery items for myself or gift items. Everything has been excellent and I love the small town atmosphere and friendliness. It IS a fairly small place so can get crowded quickly. The employee workspace is kind of cramped so be prepared for a short wait if there is a line - they do hustle around each other as quickly as possible! One of the great main street options in Mount Horeb - stop in and check it out!

We enjoy the coffee drinks and scones are very excellent.

This place will forever be my fiance and I's "spot." The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and try and get to know you on a namely basis while also trying to memorize your order. Great pastries and surprisingly great coffee drinks.

I thought "when in rome??‍♀️" so I ordered a mocha and it was literally thee BEST mocha of my life! Thankyou

This place is right across the street from the hotel we stayed at. I was looking for some better than "hotel" coffee so we stopped in. What a great place! Really friendly people with coffee and light breakfast (quiche, Swedish pancakes, baked goods, etc.) and chocolate that they make on site. I wish I would have skipped the hotel breakfast and ate here. Did buy some chocolate with my latte, recommend the milk chocolate with toffee bits. They also have a drive thru and a small outdoor seating area.

Great selection of unique chocolates and other treats! They have excellent coffee as well - try the dalgona coffee! They graciously offered us some ice packs for our cooler as well, which was very much appreciated as we are traveling. Can't wait to visit again!

Whenever I go through Mt. Horeb, I stop here. Their hot chocolate is amazing, as are their quiche and their finnish pies. I often pick a random cake/pastry to try as well.
