Please update website to include (easy to reach) menu.Tried to put together a large order, and could not reach the menu on website.. How frustrating.

Okay so, here is the thing. I love this subway and rarely ever have bad experiences when I go out anywhere at all. But this one hit off guard and made me feel uncomfortable. Regretfully, I failed to get his name because he made it hard to even make eye contact. He had really long dark brown/black curly hair and pale skin, skinny man, average height working 11/7/23 at 5pm. When telling him I wanted a wrap his already stiff demeanor and tone became somewhat sarcastic and irritated. He then told me I, “made his job harder by the amount of spinach I chose to put on the wrap.” I then tried to relate to him in hoping I could cut the AWKWARDNESS by saying “oh yeah my bad. When I worked at subway for a few years people used to load up flatbreads and they would break.” To which he responded, “yeah seems like a learning curve thing, not a customer thing, you actually have to know what you are doing.” Thanks for calling me an idiot… just to avoid him I won’t be back for a minute.

It was all good until the cashier added the “secret ingredient”, he jumped up on the counter and squatted over the sandwich. He then proceeded to lay a massive türd right onto my 5 dollar footlong. He must have had fruit loops beforehand because it was very green. Even though the massive log was in my sandwich, it still was a yummy snack, now had a little corn added to it. 4/5Parking: Plenty of spots

The employees are always so friendly, professional, efficient. They take care in making the sandwiches. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean! The produce all looks very fresh. By far the best Subway experience I’ve had.

No meat on sandwich mostly all bread. They didn't have some ingredients or condiments.

Just bought two foot long chicken teriyaki sandwiches they must of split the meat from one sandwich into the two cause there were two small pieces of chicken in each half of sandwiches and just soaked in sauce... I have not been here in over a year now I remember why... I don't expect any thing extra from subway... I just want what I paid for ..... $20 for two foot longs with 8 little cubes of meat...crooks...

Fresh, fast, friendly! We've had consistently good service and food here since the pandemic started.
I entry the store 9-21-21 at 5:15pm and was greeted by three fantastic ladies behind counter. The customer service was over top, Just blown away with service and the positive attitudes of all staff. My sandwich was great but the professionalism of the staff out shined the quality of my sandwich. Most definitely will be heading back to this. Thanks, we need more of this!

My husband and I stopped at the Mount Horeb Subway yesterday afternoon for lunch. Sandwiches were fresh and customer service was phenomenal! Especially from Sharon! The only thing missing was my cucumber melon juice. I did find another juice that was good. I just really liked when they have the cucumber melon

Ethan from this store is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the new items on the menu. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed having him serve us and look forward to seeing him at work again! Great job!
