The owner is very nice and she helped pick a tea decanter and tea. The store is nice and organized. It smells of tea. I bought some raspberry black tea and it smells wonderful.

My husband is an avid tea drinker and he was like a kid in a candy shop exploring all the different teas. Now I know the perfect place to pickup a surprise for him.

I spent a few days in Mt. Horeb this summer and came across the Telsaan Tea shop. Loved the experience of exploring so many different loose teas! I bought some tea home with me and just received my second shipment since I was there. Love Telsaan tea! The quality and price point are appreciated.

This is my new spot to get bubble tea on State Street. I love the decor of this place, it’s spacious and clean and the staff is always friendly.There are so many drinks , breads, and sweets to choose from. We tried the Fruit combo green tea and it was such a pretty looking drink and so refreshing. I loved all the added fresh fruits in it. We also tried the Pink Litchi green tea with cheese Top. Again a delicious drink and beautifully presented.I can’t wait to try the array of baked goods next time. Highly recommend this place for bubble tea, Asian bakery, and specialty cakes.

They ruined Lipton tea bags for me forever.This place is fantastic. My personal taste is pure unflavored teas with strong flavors. This lady seems to love making flavored teas and blends, but she carries a big selection of the basics, the best I've had. And she is super knowledgeable and can make suggestions.The prices can seem high, but keep in mind the cost per cup. It's cheaper than soda or coffee, or bottled water.I recommend Dragonwell.

LOVE this shop. Their new location is so cute too! Staff is always super sweet and helpful. I love the small details like having menstrual products and diapers available in the bathroom. Also please never get rid of the blue wedding tea!

If you like uncomfortable experiences and odd pressure selling, this is the place for you. They make a great cup of tea and tea adjacent drinks like Chai. Problem is, they really don't want to sell you a cup of tea or Chai, they want to sell you bulk tea, and the owner will push it to an uncomfortable degree. On the second visit for an iced tea during a summer Trollway stroll, I thought I could head her (owner) off at the pass by stating up front we just wanted three drinks to go, no bulk tea. She made the drinks, blew right through my precondition and asked how much of the tea I'd like to bring home. Frustrated, I repeated that I didn't want bulk tea and reminded her I told her up front I didn't want bulk tea. She then tried to hard sell me on the bulk tea. I started wondering if I was on a hidden camera show. It was that awkward. There's pressure selling, then there's showing absolutely no regard for what the customer is saying. With the owner of Telsaan, it's the latter.
