Love starting my day with a stop here. Very welcoming and friendly. Nothing starts your day as well as tea with friends.

Best way to start my day. Not just the excellent tea, but the welcoming and friendly tea tenders! I encourage everyone to stop in and tey it out.

I’m not the one to leave reviews, let alone negative ones. But I always believe in chances, and think that it’s just one bad drink for the day and I’ll get over it, despite it being about 13 dollars that I’m paying. For the last few times I’ve been going here, I’ve been receiving my drinks and their taste has been terrible. It tastes salty and has a strong off putting taste. I typically try to fix these by watering them as much as I can. But it just doesn’t do anything.

I love the staff here, they are such amazing and kind people. But I don’t want to be coming back to get a drink that I spend a lot of money on because of how bad it tastes.

Honestly very disappointed. The drinks are advertised as tea.. we watched as the man poured water from a clear tea kettle into a cup, added 5 different powdered flavors, ice, and then added water from the faucet. Tastes just like overly sweetened kool-aid.

I often cycle around the Madison, WI area and one of my favorites is riding to Mount Horeb, a fun town of Scandinavian heritage, trolls and much more. With hot summer temps, it's important for me to stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes. Recently, I stopped at the Thirsty Troll. After recharging in their lounge with one of their drinks, I felt great and continued my ride. I'd say I got what I paid for, especially considering the over all cost increases of beverages, including the beer made and served locally there. Which I'll have another time.

Very welcoming environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to stop into when you want to support a local business. I like the Blue Water Cooler and Tropical Strawberry Watermelon teas for a morning boost, and when its cold out the protein coffees are a good warm up. To those who are leaving poor reviews, please show me on the tea leaf where they hurt you. Personally, keeping my money in the local economy just seems like the right thing to do. I highly recommend the Thirstea Troll for a refreshing drink, hot or cold coffee, or a delicious treat!

Drink was super expensive for what it was. Lots of things on the menu are described as "teas" but they are just water with a million powders added in.

Also this is an Herbalife front, so beware. Absolutely do not join Herbalife from this establishment. Herbalife is one of the most predatory and manipulative MLMs out there

Drinks were overly sweet and expensive! We paid over $20 for two. Also disappointed to learn these were all Herbalife powders and supplements.

love this place and the new owners are so nice, sweet, and amazing! This is my go to spot out of all the tea shops, especially with the hours they have. The new smoothies are my absolute favorite!

Out of all the Herbalife shops I’ve been to, the Thirstea troll and glacier nutrition in cross plains are my two favorite shops in the whole southwest of Wisconsin! Highly recommended!
