The app has a great deal. But is limited to just one per day per person. The way things are right now it would be cool to limit 5 to 7 perday.

Friendly staff. The fries were cold but the chicken strips were good. The entry door was so heavy I couldn't open it. I believe the manager opened it for me. They really need to look into that. Otherwise pretty good visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member was rude and unprofessional, mocking the way I spoke and handing my order carelessly. As I was checking the order, she shouted at me to “Go” in an aggressive tone. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

She claimed to be a manager, but the service was awful. Definitely not a good example of leadership for the store.

This place is really hit or miss at night. Most nights it seems like they only have 2 people working. This most recent visit I ended up driving away because there was obviously only one person. I'm not gonna wait 5 minutes in a drive thru for my order to be taken when i'm the only one at the drivethru menu.

My mom bought $30 worth of food tonight. The worker shoved four meals into one bag. When I asked for another bag so I could separate the food. She gave me one small bag. I called as I was leaving to highlight how inappropriate and ridiculous that whole situation was for us. The person who answered the phone was uninterested and said, “ok?” twice like service isn’t a part of being a service worker. It is not hard to bag four meals separately. It’s pathetic and I wouldn’t come back to this location if it was the last one in Racine.

In Racine, this is our go-to Burger King for occasional outings. I appreciate that their sandwiches are loaded with toppings, especially the Whoppers. However, one concern is that the employees often don't seem happy or engaged; their facial expressions are usually the same, and their voices lack enthusiasm.
It may be that the employees don’t want to be there, or perhaps they’re facing challenges with the company itself. I've seen that employees often reflect the environment they're in, which is why it's essential for companies to foster a positive workplace culture. When employees feel valued and supported, their attitude and performance improves significantly.

If you go here it’s best to go late at night. Everything is fresh and the late night team is super friendly. The service and quality during during dinner compared to late night is like night and day.

Placed a mobile order, went to the window and this guy said I had to pull around and go back to the speaker. I do as he said and he gives me the bag and says don't come back here. Guess I'm not going to burger king anymore.
