William was hilarious tonight when Inwas there with my son and nephew! He was so patient and kind! I always love the friendliness, but he went way above and beyond!!! Keep up the hard work William!!!

Chick -fil-A is a one of a kind franchise. The little nuggets are so addicting and the waffle fries are so good. I often get the Cobb salad because it's the best of both worlds. You get a salad and nuggets and don't forget their delicious avocado lime ranch dressing. Their cookies and cream shakes are to die for with a little cherry on top. Pricey but worth it.

My order was missing two different food items. It seems they are so quick to get people through the line and not making sure the all food in the bag.. luckily I checked my bag in the parking lot and went back for missing food I paid for. My food was warm, but not hot and fresh. This the 2nd time I've had a issue here, I probably won't be returning.

I continue to experience the worst customer experience at a single Chick-fil-A location. Oddly enough I returned to redeem a free meal coupon from another experience. Past experience being I was parked for a meal and was continuously brought the wrong meal a total of 4 times and had waited 20 mins for them to bring out the right meal. This experience similar…..I mobiled ordered for curbside pick up on my Chick-fil-A app. I arrived and checked in. Well A total of 20 mins passes by with nothing. I call store no answer, I tried going in doors are looked. I finally went through drive through and asked about my meal and was told I wasn’t suppose to order curbside it wasn’t available….. and I’m suppose to know that how? The app let me place the order… person on speaker instead of apologize for inconvenience says idk but we can make it for you.. i wait in the drive through line for another 5-10mins, when I get to the window not a sorry about the mix up or the wait out of anyone’s mouth after waiting 30mins for food.

Ordered last week, spicy grilled sandwich, the bun was hard as a rock. Ordered grilled chicken nuggets this week, didn’t get the dipping sauces. Sounds like they need new management there. Usually ChikFilA is a great experience.

I'm editing this down to 1 start cuz again you mess up and forget stuff. How does someone eat a southwest salad without southwest dressing?? This has happened more than once now from this location. They forget things. Sauces, fries, you name it. This isn't the first time.

I paid 10 dollars for tortilla soup and it was less then a cup of soup I paid for the bowl and got legitimately less then a cup

Love this place. I have been to this location many times while traveling to Racine for work. It never disappoints. I get it for take out, the line is not long and the food is fresh
