My fiancé and I love this Chick-fil-A!
We were encouraged by a woman to get the app, and I am so so glad we did! We come so often, and love to use our points on brownies! The manager will even send my fiancé free food coupons. The food is always amazing, it is clean, and the staff are so incredibly friendly! Ron was nice and took our trash for us, and gave us a bag for our leftover food!
Aime(I think that’s how it’s spelled) even asked if we needed anything, and if we needed refills.

Very fast service, when I got to the window the gentleman Handing the orders out ( blondish) hair- asked genuinely how my day was and I told him good, he noticed my broken finger and told me he also has a broken foot. He was working like it didn’t even phase him just keeping a smile on his face the whole interaction. Rare to see nowadays :) Just want to give those employees the recognition they deserve because even though you may never know what someone is going through in their personal lives, that person gave it their all in effort and guest satisfaction- coming from a manager of 7 years at food service. Keep it up!! Along with the lady who took my order she was super sweet and pleasant. Thank you :)))

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location today. We ordered ahead specifically to make the process smoother & quicker, yet our order still took an extra 10 minutes to come out. On top of that, my meal was missing both the fries & the 8oz Garden Herb Ranch I ordered. This was especially frustrating because had I known the sauce wouldn’t be included, I would have ordered multiple regular ranches instead. Ranch is a key part of how I enjoy my meal, & not having it took away from the experience I was expecting.
To make matters worse, I contacted Chick-fil-A Care & was told this issue wouldn’t be resolved for 2–3 business days. I’m struggling to understand how that helps improve my experience today, it does not. The meal I paid for was incomplete, & the moment has already passed. While I understand locations can get busy, ordering ahead exists for a reason, accuracy & timing. When both are missed, it’s incredibly frustrating. Because of this, I would like a full refund. I left feeling upset & let down by the service at this location.

It was so cutely decorated for Christmas! Each table had vases and flowers on it. Who would have thought Chik-fil-A would have been this cute. Everything was so clean. The food was overall ok; the chicken tenders have parts in it that can be hard to chew, but my son and his friends love this place!

Usually good. This time I ordered 8 piece nugget to go w/ fries and I got 2 big pieces of chicken and the rest were literally fried crumbs with old fries that weren't even hot. Left me hungry and unsatisfied unfortunately. I tried to call to let them know as I couldn't drive all the way back there and wait in line to get a new one. Just really annoying.

I had a drive-thru mobile order, the employee taking the orders said I was all set, yet when we went to the main window they gave me the wrong order. So we parked at waiting 20 minutes, and we had to tell an employee we’ve been waiting for an online order for a while now. It turned out it wasn’t labeled and they somehow ignored it? They did give us free sandwich tokens, but I’d think twice about ordering here again.
