Beware! They put plastic lids at the bottom of guacamole cups! I tried getting this fixed and got the run around with their automated system. No way to talk to an actual person. It’s already almost $10 for guacamole and now they pull this? Unbelievable.

Went in a before closing but they closed the drawer early. They said I had to order online so I had to wait until 10 mins before they closed to pick up my food. They don’t even stay open as advertised on the door. After placing our order online and grabbing our order she asked if it was a personal order and I replied “yess” and she shoved our bag at my face and gave unnecessary attitude. Once I got home I realized there was no napkins or forks.. not only that but they barely put any toppings on it. Mostly rice look at the photos.. never order online from chipotle. Get Qdoba instead. Thanks for the service small Hispanic girl. Entitled. Lazy. Bratty

Wish I could say great things $18 for a bowl with guacamole and chips and everything that was added to the bowl was given in infant portions. I don’t know what the training is there at this location. We are not in the Great Depression anymore. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I’m not sure if it’s a regular thing to be pulling the tables holding the containers of food out of place and cleaning the sneeze guard while there’s a long line of people waiting but…watching the girl spraying cleaner less than a foot away from the containers of food, was enough to make us and another person ahead of us in the line leave.

I entered the restaurant, and left after being ignored at the counter. One person ahead of us already left while we were waiting. There were two workers present- one started cleaning instead of taking our order and the other was messing around at the register. No greeting and no acknowledgment that we were standing there. How does this location stay in business?

Unfortunately the last 3 experiences I've had at this location have been horrible. The first time the staff was just rude and cursing a ton, with small children waiting for their food. The second time I was really craving their food but we live pretty far away so we asked for the cold toppings on the side (literally just the sour cream and salsa) and the workers kept making rude comments and faces at us while ordering. I decided to accept people have bad days and make the best of it, as the food is good and I wanted to give it another shot. I ordered food online yesterday at 730pm, and when I got there I realized I forgot to order myself food. I stand in line for 10 minutes waiting to order while the staff is literally doing closing tasks and not saying a word to myself or the other 4 customers waiting to order. I am finally acknowledged so I start ordering my food and she says they're not making anymore rice for the night. They close at 11 but decided not to make more rice at 745. The service has gone completely downhill at this location.

Today we stopped by for some guacamole and chips, however when me and my daughter got back in the car and tasted the chips they were hard and chewy!
They tasted Stale!!! They were so hard that they hurt my daughter’s gums and when I went back inside to tell them, the Manager told me the chips & all the food is made daily around 10 am IN THE MORNING, we were there at 7pm! We also ordered a quesadilla kids meal and they were very Skimpy with the portions, I had to ask for a little more rice & beans. We didn’t notice that my daughter’s quesadilla was barely filled with any honey barbecue meat and was very skimpy until we were back in the car. The Manager refunded me half price on the stale guacamole chips.
Not “Deliciousness”, like it used to be when it was first opened! This was my
chip & guac. craving spot when I was Preggers!!! Not anymore=) !!! =( ☹️😞😕

Ordering for my family they ran out of white rice and stated they are not going to make more rice. They are open for 3 more hours and are refusing to make more white rice, the same rice that is used in just about every meal option they have.

Chipotle: In the burrito battle of fast casual restaurants two names quickly come to mind, Qdoba and Chipotle. It's honestly been years since I've had either, but I prefer Chipotle because I had it first. Back in my days at UW, my friends and I would hit up the State Street location, so it has a warm spot in my heart. The other reason I have to give the nod to Chipotle is I'm an RN and for National Nurse's Appreciation Week, Chipotle treated us with vouchers for a free burrito (granted I did need to enter a lottery). My burrito was comprised of a warm flour tortilla, juicy steak, brown rice, black beans (have to get my fiber), flavorful fajita veggies, sour cream, and extra cheese. Those of you that are into really spicy foods (unlike me) might laugh at this, but I thought there was a bit of heat to the burrito. It was tough to pinpoint, but it may have come from the seasoning used for the steak or rice. Since I don't come off as unthankful, I'm going to start with the good. The taste was fine and there was plenty of cheese. Since I'm on the smaller side, I was also able to get two meals out of it. Conversely, it was messy to eat (beans and rice continuously fell out), I couldn't find any sour cream (which stinks because in theory it could have helped ameliorate the spiciness), the ratio of steak to rice is way off, and the ingredients were not evenly distributed throughout the burrito. I really want to say it's Doughboy approved, but my personal opinion is that it was closer to just okay 😐. Thanks for the free burrito!

This location never wants to give out the white rice without cilantro? I don’t understand why anytime I ask for this it’s a big deal/the employees seem annoyed. Today I was simply told “we don’t have that” so I left. She didn’t even bother to turn around and ask the cook. Bad service.

I'm done going to this specific chipotle. The portioning is terrible. Dining in you get half a burrito and if you have delivery they are even worse. The bowl we got had a couple table spoons of rice maybe and my burrito was just as bad. For 11+ dollars per order I should have just gone somewhere else.
