Breakfast sandwich with sourdough was horrible regular hard bread not toasted slapped on sanwhich one piece of bacon broken into 3 pieces , dry hard just horrible.

Noon on a Sunday and they couldn't properly fill a mobile order because they didn't have enough of various kinds of donuts we ordered. Your job is donuts...

Never gets more order right. I ordered a large ice oat milk signature latte and they didn’t even put espresso in it. It was just straight up caramel flavored oat milk. They consistently mess up my drinks and never even both reading the donut selection that put in when placing mobile orders. It’s a shame that this is the only DD near my house.

DIRTY. The inside is absolutely foul. The walls are covered in dirt, spots have paint chipping off, stains everywhere. Not to mention behind the counter is FILLED with loose papers and open boxes on the counters and all over the make line.My order was completely wrong and they gave my “pup cup” on a plastic hot drink lid, which is EXTREMELY dangerous. Any dog could EASILY cut their tongue on the edge of those lids. Unsafe. (I did not give my dog that so called “pup cup”)The owner of that location was there when we went in to get a refund and she did not care one bit about our experience or the fact that they literally gave us a hazardous lid of whip cream for our dog.We got a refund and went to a cleaner, friendlier Dunkin (:

Came and got two large pumpkin spice signature lattes and two roasted chicken wraps. Wraps were ice cold I cold feel how cold they were after I got to my destination through the bag. The iced coffees had no whip cream in them and when I mentioned them the drive thru cashier just handed me an extra one he had by the window. I will never return to this Dunkin again.

Service is terrible. I specifically ask for no Blueberry munchkins, and what do I get? Blueberry munchkins. Lattes come with whipped cream and mine did not have it. Hot chocolate was watered down. I've worked at dunkin before different location so I know for sure this should not be happening consistently.

The employee was very nice and apologized for our order taking long, he mentioned that he was working by himself and he had multiple other customer orders to take care of. The company should not allow this to happen. These employees are not paid enough to be under a stressful situation like this one.

I would give zero stars if I could. Every single time I go to this location the order is wrong (btw it’s always ONE sandwich only). I don’t understand how difficult it is to read an order and hand over the correct bag. The customer service is terrible as well. Go to any other one in town!! It’s worth the five minute drive down to Washington Avenue. Washington Avenue gets it correct!!

This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. We’ve gone 4 times now because it’s a convenient location and whenever I’m near it I stupidly think “they probably just had a new person making the coffee last time. They can’t screw up coffee all the time, they’re a coffee shop”. Every single time I go the coffee tastes terrible or the signature drink is made wrong. Every time. I ordered a cold brew once and it was so watered down and just tasted absolutely terrible. One time I got a signature latte that tasted weird and the toppings were completely wrong— don’t they have training? Or even recipe cards with pictures they can follow?? I got a regular coffee today and it had coffee grounds floating in it and sitting at the bottom. Why is this location even open? They can’t even figure out how to make regular coffee.

This used to be a decent location until recently. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but there was FOUR of us in the drive thru and we waited 20 minutes without anyone taking our orders. It took 20 minutes for the first person to get their order taken and the rest of us waited another 10 minutes with nothing. Eventually we all left and the first person was just getting their order. They should be taking orders and not just one at a time. Super sad because I loved this location
