Ordered delivery off door dash and didn’t get two bags of chips. Tried calling in multiple times at 8:45 and no one answered. I was charged and didn’t receive the chips. No way to rectify at this point. Happy to change my rating if made whole. Food was good but would have been better with my two bags of chips.
Fast and Friendly service. Hook and Ladder combo with a bowl of Chili taste fantastic! Been here many times and will be here many more times! Thank you.

Thank you for always having the gluten free rolls on hand! Your staff is always so accommodating with my sons gluten allergy - always filling to change gloves and grab fresh ingredients.

The store was clean, and the employees were pleasant. The Firehouse Subs in Racine, has the best subs. Fresh and tasty. Kind of addictive, they're so good.

Service is never fantastic but not terrible. The food is great though. Prior to moving near the restaurant, I only had Firehouse a few times mainly because other locations did terrible and got sick another time from the food.
I’ve eaten at this location several times in the last 3 months and it’s always delicious. Favorite is the beef brisket; can’t go wrong!
Will definitely continue coming here!

Ordered a sub sandwich on Whole grain bread with no onions. It came with onions on it. I said I would take them off. Then I noticed it was on a white bread bun. They did remake it for me.
I love Firehouse, they have great service, great food and are very convenient. I always order ahead on their app, it’s always ready when it’s supposed to be and done right.
The other day I had to go to the Ford dealership and stopped and got lunch with my kids here.
The lady waited on me, Sarah, was the nicest person and treated my kids as if they were her own.
